A funny thing happened today, I was at my lunch break browsing different threads on the forum, and my boss saw me reading and was curious about it. After I explained to her I was into astrology, she was a bit ???? at the beginning. She gave me that *is she crazy* look. Lol, hopefully some of you may relate to this situation! Hahaha

So I showed her how many people are in the forum and how it all ends up making sense if you take time to understand it. And she asked me if I can post her chart here.

I will dissect her chart once I leave work, but please feel free to leave your thoughts about it. She didn't mention what she wanted to know, so I guess you can point out anything you find interesting.

*I'm surprised she doesn't have many scorpio placements, I could've sworn she was a scorpio rising, but oh well*

The interceptions+duplications indicate that an 11th/5th house issue/problem is adversely affecting the activities of the 12th/6th houses - in a way that prevents your boss from making the best use of the (positive) qualities of Aquarius, Leo and Jupiter.

My guess is that this issue/problem will involve the Mars-Uranus opposition. ... Which (I think) is currently being activated by the progressed MC - and has been since around 1st January 2016.

However, the natal boomerang is activated whenever a progressed or/and transit planet (or point) passes through 15deg30mins to 20degs08mins of any sign. ... So, the seeds of whatever is happening now were sown when the progressed MC moved through those degrees in Libra - the period between the 7th and 12th birthdays.

Trick 9 at http://www.astro.com/faq/fq_fh_tricks_e.htm allows you to draw a chart with selected planets.

Basically, you have to first draw the chart -> then click on the URL of the screen which shows the chart -> then add &stx2=p=0, if you want just the Sun ... or 0123456789, if you want all planets (Moon = 1 and Pluto = 9).

So ... p=04789 produces the Sun-Mars-Uranus-Neptune-Pluto chart posted above.

The interceptions & duplications are still a new concept to me, I haven't digged into them that far to understand them that well.

She indeed has a LOT going on in her life. She would usually start talking to me about different issues she's going through out of nowhere, I think because most of her planets fall in my 8th & 7th H. But her chart still kind of shocked me. It explains a lot, but still very shoking...

She has a Venus/Mars conjunction in Taurus in H5 and is probably very flirtatious/charming and living the good life.
The conjunction opposes Uranus, so it might be that her relationships are unusual or have abrupt endings. The most important man in her life might have been the one that she met when she was 17.
Her progressed Venus was conjunct her natal Sun at that point and her progressed Moon applied to an exact conjunction with natal Jupiter that summer.

She definitely likes younger men with her Dsc in Gemini and Mercury in H7.

Her relationship with her mother might have been difficult with the Moon-Saturn square. It is in contrast with the other more cheerful placements in her chart. So while she might seem like a light-hearted person at first, she doesn't express her emotions easily and is generally guarded with that Asc ruler in H8.

This will be an issue/problem because the belief needs to be amended/updated to reflect Aquarian Age values.

She does have big eyes and very silky hair. But I think she also deals with some drug issues. She shakes a lot, and smokes a lot. She never opened up to me about it (drug part). Except the smoking part, she would tell me how she's so sick of smoking so much.

She has a very mysterious note to her, she was always drawn to me, that's why I figured she had strong scorpio placements. I noticed most men/women who are drawn to me in the work place are mostly heavy scorpios or virgos.

She's very good at her Job, but she'd always say she's in it mostly for money.
Venus/mars opp Uranus was interesting indeed. I was checking her progressed/transit for the past 5 years. Because I know she got a divorce. A couple of months ago she wanted to talk to me about men (she was really sad). And she was complaining to me how all men in her life were stupid and only wanted her for her money etc.
But I believe she had a child with whoever she was with.

She never told me about her mother-father relationship. Her father passed away last year. She was completely wrecked for a long time after it. She's not really into physical touching, but that day, she hugged me and started crying. It made me panic SO bad I started shaking. Because of how unusual it was, I figured something horrible happened. So it definetly was very very hard for her.

Only she can identify what the belief/issue is, but - as an example - she may believe that "one succeeds in the workplace by being a team player", and that might need amending to (say) "one succeeds in the workplace by being a team leader".[/B]

That's really interesting. It could've been something related to her drive to study, or something like that. She was always ranting on how as a kid she had a thing against people who finished their studies and had better diplomas. And I feel her unability to go abroad or do as she once wished, was due to her parents (maybe more her mother?). Also Saturn square moon, is pretty hard to deal with. But now she's pretty well off. She even says it sometimes, how she's now richer than her old classmates who went to harvard etc etc. But maybe not really....

Sounds like the issue might be about feeling socially inadequate (as a child/adolescent) - perhaps due to lack of money, as the money signs (Taurus/Scorpio) and money houses (2nd/8th) are involved.

Hence, the realisation that (as an adult) her status is as good as, or better than, any of her childhood peers could be the key to allowing her Leo+Aquarius qualities to "shine".

I feel like her leadership is about learning and creating a fun environment m, not rigid closed minded boring disrespectful work environment
Also, I bet she had some romance or a serious relationship through work
Pluto in 10th house lots of power struggles at work, I feel like she had to go through a lot to achieve success but it made her wiser and stronger

TOTALLY spot on. She's so friendly at work. She makes you feel like her peer, even thought she's years ahead of you experience wise. She doesn't make you feel judged or dumb and does not boss you around. Except when its needed or when someone tests her.
