Note also that the Jupiter/Uranus mid-point is at 12Aquarius56; Aries/Saturn/Libra are intercepted; Leo and Aquarius are each on the cusp of two houses (3rd + 4th and 9th + 10th).

So ... we have an Oscillo configuration (moon-saturn-chiron-nn), which is combining/working with the Jupiter-Uranus mid-point - perhaps to resolve the issue highlighted by intercepted Aries/Saturn/Libra.

And the duplicated Leo/Aquarius cusps indicate that this issue is in the 3rd + 9th houses, but adversely affecting the activities of the 4th + 10th houses - in a way that is preventing the positive qualities of Aries/Saturn/Leo from being used "appropriately"/correctly/effectively.
