Now, we have to consider the outer planets that conjunct the stellium as well as the sign and the house all these planets are in.

A stellium is a cluster of personal planets that when is conjunct outer planets like Uranus or Neptune takes a particular turn for the chart's holder. A stellium including outer planets can lead through life to a sense of alienation and isolation, the person is not mainstream, but this can also open the doors to higher levels of consciousness. Having Uranus and Neptune conjunct Sun Venus Mercury Mars is like having an influence of Aquarius and Piscis at the same time.
