questions: how did he initially truly feel when he first saw me? what has changed between us (if anything) now that i know he is interested in someone else?

When he first saw you he may have been busy or concerned with the material sphere; or it can mean that his thoughts were quite pragmatic; there may have been a seed of attraction, or felt an opportunity and potential. I like to see 6 of wands as feelings because usually it means you really like someone; but then the overall energy of the meeting felt like an 8 of swords; the person felt imprisoned, or bound, like he couldn't act, or both of you couldn't, and there seemed to be no way out of a certain situation; someone felt left out in the cold.

2nd question
4 of wands-Magician-High priestess

OMG these cards. The answer is likely yes, he's with someone else, it can eve be he's in love with his soulmate and wants to marry them, or establish a solid foundation, even marry them for life.
Magician and HP as you know are natural mates, with the 4 of wands here, this is a twin flame couple -and I don't like to use the term, but... I've never seen all these cards together. Ace of cups at the bottom of the deck (overflowing love).
Sorry if it doesn't resonate, this cards just fell out. Another card that fell out first was the Empress and then I put it again in the deck, but it could point to the same meaning.

I think the 8 of swords you picked up on could be his energy. he suffers with anxiety and he could have possibly felt that way when he saw me.the 5 of pents could of been him focusing on this new girl and not necessarily talking to me that night. i was off talking to everyone else too though so i didnt bother that much, i wasnt really expecting him to talk to me a lot just a hi and brief convo was fine but the second deck i wonder if thats how he feels towards her! they just started dating i would say or like be interested with each other but idk how serious they are. he is 21 and shes 27 !! lol ill draw some cards for your question now

Knight of cups-10 of cups-the Sun-Queen of Pentacles

I don't even go through the interpretation of each one of these, because they are all very happy cards of love and fulfillment, he wants something long term with this one like the Queen clearly indicates, it seems a very significant relationship, full of optimism and projects.
This also seem to match the previous spread.

omg 2 of cups and 8 of swords.. we first initally talked but he got diagnosed with his anxiety and that put a whole new stall on our relationship futher. he completely shut down from people and was just focusing on that another change could be him being involved with someone else now. i just kind of wish he gave me a shot when he was getting mentally stronger again but now hes started feelings with this girl.he started getting a therapist and he is happier now, so i hope i just see him out since we have mutual friends. whats funny is when this new girl was all over him he looked at me and i looked once but did not look again. i wish i could just read his mind sometimes lol and i do think theyre in like cupcake faze i guess you could say! his best friend literally came to me and said "yeah idk what he is doing.. he is on some **** rn" and i LAUGHED. idk what to think from that but i thought it was interesting! lol i just want to be his friend at this point and not have it be werid id be happy with that. as for your question!

i first got ther hermit, emperor and 8 of swords. 2 of swords with 3 of wands and ace of cups (reversed)

i initally thought that the hermit could of been you realizing something or coming to some enlightment/conclusion about AG and thats initally what you want to tell him. the empreor could be you stepping into your power and taking ownership/responsibility with this realtionship you had with him. the 8 of swords could be you over thinking this or getting some sort of anxiety/restriction regarding thos decison. the two of swords clearly show youre deciding which route to go, i can see you planning some sort of thing to say to AG with 3 of wands. it could be in regards to your feelings with ace of cups, but since its reversed it could be that once you do say what you need to say, all of these feelings would be relased in some form. i do feel like if you do, it would be better of youre end and you will get some sort of balance and release when you do say what you need to. so for you, yes it is a good time.
