I am graduating from university this year and will be turning 24 next year. I'm keen in the banking and finance industry. Although I am interested in more research/analytical/data roles, I have recently been offered a sales/broker/trading role while I await replies from the banks.

I think that since you're having transiting Uranus square Sun and transiting Mars retrograde is square your Venus/Mercury midpoint (heading to Mercury), you might feel a urge and impatience to take a hasty decision, which with Mars retrograde is not the best thing to do... however, transiting Jupiter on your Neptune at around mid december would suggest you will have your plans fulfilled... With transiting Saturn on your Neptune trine North Node/Vertex, in half november, this is when you might have to take a decision, even though transiting Mars (direct) will be square to Mercury and transiting Mercury will be square to Jupiter, this looks tricky cause it could mean that at that time you may not be so happy about the decision or that you might regret giving up what you had for the unknown, cause you also will have tr. Uranus square Uranus... so it's possible that at this moment, with tr. Jupiter conjunct Mercury, you may feel safer with the actual offer but keeping doubts about it until you effectively start working in December... the fact is that the transiting situation is very complex with Mars retrograde and Mercury retrograde from Oct 14 to Nov. 13, and very unpredictable with tr. Uranus square your Sun and Uranus, so it's also possible that you will receive other offers in the meantime and even if you had taken a decision already, you might change your mind in half november. Whatever decision you take, it seems to me that from half december and then early next year, you will feel good about it.
