I'm not a long timer with tarot. but I can say if there's anything extra being said in these cards,
Your 10 of wands may be you're taking on too much, to concentrate on the goal in mind. If that Italy exchange is what you want most~ prioritize it.
Another thought I had was you have some slow, patient energy required, energy from those pentacles. The knight as your final card moves slow. Maybe transfering in exchange pgms will move much slower due to the c19 paradigm. You may need to brace yourself for delays. I see it as a positive yet maybe a frustrating wait to get to that final moment where everything is set up, ready and you can board a plane.
On the other hand your finances might slowly
manifest but rest assured with careful planning, it will all work out.
Maybe you could try a clarifying card on the spread or your final knight?

Thank you MoonMystic! Yes, it does resonate. I haven't even begin the exchange process because I don't have enough advance percentage in my carreer to do it. But I have been planing it since I started studying and the next semester will start with all the process. Money is something that Money is something I have been thinking and kinda troubles me, I was thinking to start working soon and start getting money to go. I always thought I could go in a year or maybe more, no rush... but I did a Tarot reading to know the time and it said 6-9 months wich... I really don't know how that is gonna be possible haha. But yeah, just practicing!!!

About C & E the cards show me 3 No against 2 Yes... so I would say No, they wont.

The Ace of Wands tells me that they took a decision in a moment of confusion, they decided too quickly thinking they were going forward but they actually backed off.

Also, that confusion and impulsiveness was because they were both very hurt but they didn't want it to admit it (Three of Swords reversed). I think they should have been supportive to each other but they weren't and that hurt both of them.

And I think maybe something external to them was the principal cause of all this, some external energy or something happened and they didn't wanted to collaborate with each other anymore... Hm, maybe that energy is still there but they haven't been able to identify it and they can get over it. (Eight of Wands inverted)

Maybe it was a responsibility or something to do with commitment that they had to assume and sacrifice something of themselves (Ten of Wands)

Finally I think that the King of Pentacles inverted says that the conmfort and the stability (maybe in their home or maybe financially) has been the most affected in this.

So i think this is a very optimistic card, there is hope for the things that remain, and there's hope for letting whatever separate them in the past and see to what even now brings them toghether.

Re cards, many elsewhere have commented that something about Scorpio in mercury, really has made it hard to get the readings to be in flow. Idk but the energy might be moreso difficult as they said due to this current transit. If this is true you may want to also reread this Q at about 12/3 .. if it goes to Sag (Mercury), the truth might likely be easier to read then. Less of a Scorpio, secretive nature. Just a thought.

A few new thoughts with this in terms of your time+Pentacles.

The Queen of Pentacles sits with leaves .. 'leaving  something behind' .. trading the value from something material to exchsnge it for your trip .. more in the other cards.

Do you maybe have unwanted jewelry or something you could sell to jump start your savings?
I asked because these cards  (mystical Faery deck)
the pentacles are attached to ropes as in to wear them as necklaces.  3 on the 7 of Pentacles card.

9 months or a September (3+7 is 10)  9-10 months if something of value released and brings some extra pentacles,  it may boost your departure date earlier. 
that card could be you have 4 non important pentacles, laying around you didn't take into serious thoughts and you are less attached but you still have 3 really good ones you won't relinquish.

Ten months could be in Sept 2021. So if the unseen  extra pentacles you have in any aspect of material objects,  that could get you on your plane sooner.
The world card is Saturn season Capricorn/ Aquarius
Essentially  it could be an open window between
9/2021  &  2/2022

It resonates but because I have been thinking in selling my clothes or things I don't use anymore for some money, but I haven't been able to organize myself and do it.

Yesterday I watched a film with my mother. the character never had been in a thick jungle and yet she with ease picked up a hatchet type blade and began whacking those huge, thick leaves away, to create her path. Like second nature. Maybe things will effortlessly happen and you slip into the position of getting through obstacles without thought.
After it's done you'll look back, because you got outta your head ~ let it all just come at you, a new lesson learned - you faced obstacles you & were creative in finding your way TO your goal(s)
