Hello,i've been from july 2018 since nowdays to a job i dislike, with bad salary, not good daily program and with no time to do other things, the subject is security guard into clothes shop in a mall with a lot of crowded people around,it's boring, anxious and i struggle a lot.

I'm thinking of retirement before the new year comes in,i'm dissapointed, feeling that there are people over there that are hidden enemies and badmouthing about me behind my back with gossip and slander, without to give them a reason to do that. The company is unsupportive too.

So,do you think is the proper decision to leave now and search to apply a new job elsewhere, will 2021 be more lucky to me in career? Thanx in advance.

I suggest you start applying for other work.the end of Jan into Feb show a sharp change.it is not the time to be passive these sudden changes could go against you.so take a aggressive stance check out options if your situation breaks against you.action is clearly shown.

Hi,it's exactly the plan this, retirement from current job till the end of this year or at least into Jan and then checking out options for other company in same subject or even better a new one elsewhere.Ι'm tired and sick of doing this and not having fun nowhere, even some personal time to go gym, play guitar, travel, bike etc.

So,if the chart suggest action and change,i hope for the better coming soon, next 2-3 months.Thanx for reading.

Never leave a job without having first found another. ... Employers actively avoid taking on those who have experienced the freedom of not being tied to a daily routine.

At first, that was my thought, but after a whole year searching and searching,i founded 2-3 jobs that are not even better compared to my current one,BUT,i want to leave from there sooner, bad salary, bad daily program, boredom, noisy, crowded workplace, not supportive company. So i have to take a risk,i still live in parent's house,i need to find something with better money and to have some time for myself.

So,if charts prospects suggests, there is a good opportunities next period,i have to look forward.

If you leave your current employment before having another job to go to ... make sure that - at subsequent interviews you can produce evidence of actively engaging in job-seeking as a full-time occupation.

That will be seen by potential employers as evidence of you having not lost the discipline of adhering to a daily routine.

Fine, but need the planets of career and employment to help me in that decision,i hope so.I'm really tired and sick in my current workplace,it will be like freedom to go away from there!
