Hi Maria, it seems to me that this person is going through dramatic changes, something deeply affecting or stressing out... it may be about his love life cause tr. Uranus is square to Sun in 7th house, and opposite Juno in the 4th house, with tr. Saturn on their Sun. they also have tr. Chiron conjunct natal Saturn square Venus, and Pluto again in their 7th house square to MC. Otherwise, their life is blocked by something, and they are trying to change their life but it's difficult. with transiting Jupiter retrograde they will work to find solution. But they will have a more favourable time when tr. Jupiter will go direct again and will enter again their 8th house next year. They will likely find more stability when tr. Nodes will square their Sun next year.
