I personally see that he is really interested in you and cares about you. As for the long-term potential, this can easily last the good old three years. Longer than that depends on a lot of things including solar arcs and progressed charts.

There are some past life aspects as well your Mars in sextile and trine to his Nodes as well as your Sun in square to them. Looks like his Saturn is in square to your nodes too.

while every chart has a little good and challenging it looks like you two have a lot to work with! Something that stands out to keep an eye out for is your sun/Chiron conjunction in square aspect to his nodes, the relationship will likely trigger old wounds for the both of you in order to clear them out. perhaps a little uncomfortable, it will push you both towards your destiny

Looking at your composite (using whole signs) puts a large stellium in the 4th. Conjunctions like these are common in long term couples and you almost always want to see at least a few personal planets in conjunction like this. 4th house is amazing for settling down and the relationship
