I was just wondering looking at this guy’s chart - particularly the Moon in Eighth house square Venus AND Mars if this guy may have some issues with women? What does his chart say to you about women/relationships, sex and his behaviour regarding all those? Could there be control issues? Jealousy? How about the additional Moon opposite Neptune and Mars Square Neptune aspects? Could there be some kind of fantasy, or obsession or something?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Note: his mother died when he was very young.

Edgar Cayce the well known psychic, equated very strong/highlighted Saturn with ASPD i.e. sociopathy and psychopathy (though in a somewhat indirect and implied sense). When I say Saturn, I mean the Planet directly and only, and not the Signs of Capricorn and Aquarius. And there is no greater amplification of a Planet than having it conjunct the Asc.

This does not automatically mean that people with this are on the ASPD spectrum though. Simultaneously very strong Venus, Neptune, Jupiter, and/or Sun can help to counterbalance predominant Saturn and indicate more love, empathy, and conscience attuned tendencies.
However, if people lack attunement to most or all of the above symbols, then I would tend to keep a more open eye (especially a more open 3rd eye).

So if a Soul came into this dimension direct from the severe lacking in light dimension that Saturn symbolically represents, it often means that they are one of these "hard cases" as Bruce Moen sometimes called them.

(It is easier to retrieve stuck Souls from the lower realms as represented by Pluto and Mars, and especially the earthbound/"ghosts" of the Moon [symbolically represented by]).

Interestingly, a lot of suicides end up in the Mars realms post death of their physical body, though some end up in the Lunar--in between earth and nonphysical state.

I would more so lean towards narcissistic spectrum or with definite and strong narcissistic tendencies if he is not fully/completely on that spectrum. In some ways this is better than ASPD, because they do tend to have a little empathy and conscience, but sometimes it is one of those deals of just enough to get you hooked, but not enough to not make you miserable and to not mistreat you (especially long term).

If it were me, I would devote a meditation to it, make a definite/specific intention and speak it out loud before going within, and say something like, "I deeply desire and ask to connect only with the most Love and Creative attuned beings and groups or those that these may send to me." Picture White Light around yourself, remember the feeling of Love and/or appreciation (spend a little time in this feeling/awareness), and then ask these Expanded Guidance forces what they think about him.

Just don't preconceive the answer or how or when it will come. Having practiced the above for many years, I've found that the answers can come right then or later on and in many different ways.
