Dears,

I am going through this transit and it feels bad. Transiting pluto cjn my NN (5th house, cap). During the transit I broke up, now obssesed about my previous relationship (her saturn was in my 5th, near my NN). Feels like I made the mistake of my life, but cannot solve it, lots of depression, started therapy...

Any experiences about this tansit. Thanks

Asciaesu.. Losing a relationship that was sooo important to us can feel like a grave loss. Soo sorry. I'd like to say that your Future will bring you better?, but, what we DO have IS our "now."

I have not had Pluto cross into my 5th.
(It's in my 2nd house, currently, and for a dang long while to come!! *smile*)

I don't have my Nodes in 5th and 11th, like you do.

I read up on your transit --
* Transiting Pluto through the 5th House.
* Transiting Pluto conjunct NN - (North Node/aka Rahu to the Vedics)

Instead of writing a LONG post,
I'll be (mostly) brief? *looks: laughing at self*

What I read about your transits is that IF you were already in a relationship, as Pluto reached into your 5th House, there was a hidden part of you (in your subconscious mind/feelings) that just-kind-of 'knew' that this relationship (AS it was/is) and WITH 'this person' would 'not' have brought YOU what you REALLY wanted and needed to have, in a partner.

Your subconscious mind is able to 'steer' your path.
You already had that deep inner knowing.

Something within you generated the break up (and maybe you just weren't conscious). I know how sometimes we 'settle' for what is there in our path, and kind of give in to making the best of it-- like it's a project.

Pleasing the Other is more a 'function' that you had some skills for, and were 'good' at doing. You had skills for processing what the other person needed IN the relationship-- you could prove you could 'work' and 'make' it good for the other person. ... You could have easily kept plunking along. Doing the expectation of the partner. But?? Was it your Path? (NN)
Were your deep-needs being met?

And then! PLUTO contacted your North Node.
aha!!!

Pluto and Rahu (North Node) is like double-whammy energy!! They very-much are ALIKE! They can function AS each other. A 'keyword' associated with both, is "obsession"...

That 'sense of obsession' running the inside of you right now may be being EXTRA driven by your Pluto TRANSIT right now.

If you can really grasp that?, then I hope it brings some of that level-of-energy intensive into a 'lower' range for you. Your knowledge-- your KNOWING 'what it is' that is stimulating this sense in you, may add to your ability to moderate it. Knowing-that can bring you more of a 'grasp' (sense of self's control over) your inner-self core self. Give self 'permission' -- just for bit: LET the obsession-energy 'fizzle away' -- to the best of your ability.

Let it fizzle OFF... all by itself.
It's like carbonation in a glass of Pepsi or 7-UP or Sprite. The glass is like the container of your emotions... let the bubbles fizz UP. Fizzle out. Make it BETTER for you. It's 'not-you' -- it's 'the transit' driving the EXTRA emo in you....
Let self have the thought, the sense, that 'You'll really be okay.'

TRUST that--- and

in the meantime,
your going into THERAPY?? .. fantastic!!
This is a stroke of GREAT Timing on your part!!
You have good instincts.

Pluto causes 'catharsis' -- {look it up in the dictionary?} or, it's the letting-out of those emotional bubbles/fizzing. Letting that happen allows you to make correct associations and do the Release. Makes you feel SO much better, after a good cry, or yelling, or whatever it is that is coming up for you.

Pluto is doing you the good service of 'cleaning out' any/all debris that doesn't Belong in your 5th House matters.

This bad-seeming thing you go through, is helping to clean-out whatever makes having a successful Romantic relationship (for you) harder to do. It's working FOR your Successful Future. The 'next' (or same) person walking on your journey-- will have a cleaner-feeling more-relaxed, more intimate feel (and Fun?) sense. Improved Experience for you.

You know how getting a pebble in your shoe can kind of alter the way you walk? -- Feels better when you take that shoe off, and remove the pebble. (processing, therapy work). It 'corrects' your walking enjoyment.

So yeah ... what 'hurts' will actually help make it better.

Therapy (with someone competent) should accompany a Pluto Transit. They go hand-in-hand.

So ....
I'm sad for you, but really? 'the WAY' this relationship WAS heading, was not 'agreeing' with your INSIDE-self. Wasn't going to be 'fulfilling' LIKE you deserve!

5th House is also the House of your Inner-Child.
Have YOU been Good to your inner senses lately?
Do you go out into Nature and look at the world with Wonder, and Discovery? Look at leaves, watch earthworms as they tunnel through grass and into soil.

Consider how a caterpillar goes into a chrysalis (for a While). Later, it 'transforms' {Pluto word} into something with Wings, to go on Adventure.
Take new risks...
Play. Take a Gamble at Life-itself.
Renew your inner Joy battery.

The inner-child can be Quite Creative.
Take mental note of Ideas generated.

You've got Potential!!

You're ON the World Stage, and Everyone thinks you're wonderful 'just' Being YOU.

(performed on acoustic guitar by
Dan Heidt, Jan 2014)

(I have a Venus Taurus in my Taurean 5th house)

(Hope you're feeling better)

Many thanks mirage29 for your words. Feels better.

If you don't mind I would like to respond to your reply with some my thoughts. Well, we first met when Pluto was already in my 5th. If it changes anything (because you wrote if in capital And now it has been almost 1 year after the break up, but the pain is the same...

Also, I would be very grateful if you could take a look at my current transits regarding this situation, what could I expect.

Hi Asciaesu,

9+ years ago I had transiting Pluto conjunct my natal NN, and vica versa, tr NN conjunct my natal Pluto. It was the most painful experience ever, but at the same time very healing and transformative. The first I'd say 1-2 years I was walking around with an empty hole in my chest, then the effect started to loosen over the years. As Pluto is very slow, this process might take years to come out of. False foundations are crumbling, but the energy and the pain can be channelled into art, psychological research and journaling, self-awareness, being more mindful, etc. The main essence of the transformational process is to clear out childhood patterns (and some say old karmic debts) to become a better version of yourself - being true to your real innermost self and needs. Whenever Pluto is involved it is not for the faint hearted. It's no superficial stuff, but depth and a huge plunge deep into the soul and shadow work.

Not sure if my insight helps to give you some relief. I send you many virtual hugs, and wish your journey will eventually get smoother. 💪🤞🙏
