For the first part of the question I pulled
Six of Wands, with the Page of Swords, High Priestess and the Ace of Wands as supporting cards.

The future of you r relationship at the moment will be focused on having realistic and honest discussions between you about what you want from each other and life in general. I think there are issues that need to be sorted out with how one or both of you treats the other and working on how to be less dismissive of each others' opinions.

The future will be based more or less on what is already achieved, I am not sure if the status of the relationship will change at the moment, its as though ideas around money and resources need to be sorted first.

Its as though one or both will have an eye-opener about what works in this relationship what doesn't and then progress is built on that.
