I need some help learning to take life by the horns. If anyone would like to offer not only some insight into my higher self and my capacity to live freely and in tune with my greatest needs and desires, but also how I limit myself from doing so, that would be greatly appreciated. I am coming out of a difficult and arduous time in my life. I was very sick for 7 years. I need to come back to life again and allow that process to unfold to a greater degree. Thank you.

I would say that you are gifted with caretaking. Something that involves giving attention to people in need, maybe even charity, and help for children, animals etc... You seem like someone who'd do well with a cause.

But it doesn't have to stop there.

Some good ways to find ourselves and understand more about ourselves is via modes of self-expression like music, singing, art. Even if that isn't your niche, it can still help open up your energy valves so to speak so you can become more self-aware.The arts are very healing and will help open any closed doors.
