HI ALL!!!!!!!I thought it would be cool to get an idea of where everyone is from. Just to see how many are from different countries... how many are from different states in the U.S. I know there is a place under our screen name for this, but many do not list their EARTH HOME - you could just list the state or country... the city is optional, which I know for some is kinda of spooky to list on the internet - on a forum. You know too... it could help out with the convention Randall and many of us here would like to have in the summer. Car pooling is a great thing (you could think of it as a Metaphysical Road Rules !!). I know there are two I may be able to meet up with in a central location and travel to the convention with (of course, I haven't asked yet, it's just a thought): Amanda (Bernadette) and ladybug... not to mention our very own LMB who (if I can get down here again in the summer) could travel with us. Anyway... I'm wishing for many to participate in sharing locations. ME - Eastern North Carolina... a town I call HAVEnot, NC. eternal IP: Logged |

I live in beautiful Onekama, Michigan, USA ...a picturesque little village situated at the foot of some spectacular bluffs, on beautiful Portage Lake which channels into our awesome mini sea, Lake Michigan. My enchanted cottage rests on one of those woodsy bluffs, with views to die for...*sigh*...needless to say, I love it here... Luv, Rainbow~ (the Kinkade painting illustrates very closely where I am..and my surroundings) IP: Logged |

I'm from the DC area and some points south (it used to be that you didn't really get into "real Virginia" until passing over the Occoquan...but the sprawl's reaching down towards the Rappahannock now ) But if you're asking where my heart feels at home, it's here: I'm not at rest until I'm in the Blue Ridge by a river. There I can smell coming rain and snow and feel the changing weather, and the earth itself seeps into me - guess it's my psyche's tribute to my ancestors, mountain people up 'til my Great-Grands came down lowland a bit. I looooove London - when I was there I said that it felt more like home than home. I hopped around the city, and it seemed like I couldn't get lost if I tried. <---Big Ole' Kiss to London IP: Logged |

It's a pity, I couldn't add the pics... I'm from Barcelona, in Spain. My lovely city's by the sea, and for those who have not been here, our weather is pretty similar to California's, warm summers and sooth winters. Our beloved sea is not an ocean but the ancient, full-of-history Mediterranean. As most of you will remember, we got the Olimpic Games in 1992. saludos IP: Logged |
