Naturally every nation is interested only in Nuclear armament. Latest Iraq war did not happen to be nuclear war. Even with increased comforts due to rapid progress in science, instant annilhilation could happen due to Nuclear war. One nation need not even participate in one war to get annihilated. He will explain why there hasn't been a nuclear war and why there will never be one. He even predicted the days that the French would detonate nuclear bombs at Muraroa Atoll in the Pacific. Why after certain countries set off nuclear tests there were earthquakes that devastated countries on the other side of the world. Countries are going back to conventional weapons as well as chemical/biological weapons, nuclear strikes can't happen with the regularity that has been portrayed in the media, if you read the book you will find out why. N_wEvil unregistered	posted September 15, 2003 08:36 PM now if i can just buy more smoke alarms... of course i'd irradiate myself in the process but to be honest sticking two lumps of uranium at either end of a lead pipe with a bit of plastique in one end is hardly a difficult task. So yeh. any old fool could build a nuke these days. How about a dirty nuke with a strontium-90 jacket so it would get into the food chain and kill everything? how about the fact Polio is the simplest possible form of DNA (nasty little virus that it is) with knowledge comes responsibility for its use, I have very little faith in us this way. I suppose we're quite lucky most people are too dumb/wrapped up in their own lives to learn about it or there'd be armageddon in no time IP: Logged
