Beyond the fact the US contribution to the UN general fund is 22% of the total UN general budget and that contribution represents money flow from the US to the rest of the world. Beyond the fact our balance of trade deficit with other nations approaches a half trillion dollars annually and that half trillion dollars represents money flow from America to the rest of the world.
Beyond the fact America funds other nation's budgets directly, friend and foe alike with generous foreign aid packages and that foreign aid represents money flow from America to the rest of the world.
It isn't enough for the UN. Now, the UN is scheming to tax everything from the Internet to space. Take a wild guess who will be on the paying end of those proposed taxes.
While you're thinking about who those taxes would be directed against, think about a number that would represent enough wealth flowing out of America to satisfy the bungling, incompetent, meddling checkist bureaucrats at the UN.
Right, you can't count that high.
The UN is not a friend of America or American citizens, from it's member nations to it's bureaucracy, to it's executive leadership, these are not friends of America.
So, who are the friends of the UN in the American political system? Who is the most liberal member of the US Senate? Who is the Senator who has voted for almost every tax increase proposed by any member of Congress? Who is the Senator who has proposed an additional 50 cent federal tax on gasoline?
Who is the Senator who has voted against virtually every tax reduction proposed by any member of Congress?
Congratulations Democrats, it's John Heinz Kerry who is also the candidate pushing for more UN involvement in Iraq and who is on record as stating no US military forces should be deployed anywhere in the world unless they are under the direct control and command of UN commanders.
Who is the candidate likely to cave in to every wet dream concocted by the UN?
Now, would someone please give me one reason, based on logic and reason why any American would vote for John Heinz Kerry.

Hurricane Charley is ravaging the east coast, Iraq remains in turmoil, a presidential campaign roars, and the 2004 Olympics have started in Athens.
Meanwhile, off the radar screen, while concurrently sandbagging and obfuscating over the Oil-for-food scandal, the United Nothing is again attempting to grab for riches beyond their grasp.
