Topic: Anyone living in Spain around ?

Ive been told by one lady about what happend there after that terrorist train bombing around this time last year. I dont remember, and wastn told all of the details about it,,, so I dont want to be the first to point the subject out. But the jist I got was that many of the Spanish peaple werent too happy about thier presidents desision to continue backing america on there current crusades [the reason why the train was bombed],, so they sorta got the town together,,, stormed into the presidential pallace [or what ever you call it there],,, and gave there leader a nice little visit.... Can anyone livng there help fill me in on the rest of this story ? As you may have already guessed american media didnt care to realy cover the story much.... Maybe they were worried it would give us some "bright" ideas,,, or maybe they are just trying to shadow the reality of how fed up teh world is getting with our empire. IP: Logged |

really??!!all i heard from rush limbaugh was that the people were just such simpering cowards that they got scared and voted for a radical leftist socialist government who would kiss the terrorists @55es.....in iraq....... IP: Logged |

Yes Tranquil poet, please ask your mother to contact her freinds.... Preferably have them respond them selves..... but if they are to busy too I supose you can relay the story to us...... As far as Rush goes,,, I used to have alot of respect for the guy. Much like my self he was and is never afraid to offend anyone in his quest to hsare found truths... sadly and unliek my self he depends to much on american media sources,,,, and actualy beleives that "liberal media" is the only media outlet here in america that needs to be exposed for the garbage it realy is... WAKE UP AMERICANS----------------------NOW Right or leftist,,, they are all lieing to you...
As long as the dip stick giving oyu the report is suporting witehr democrats or republicans,,, there is a personal vandeta as to who they want to make out to be good or bad. All your major partys are lieing to you. Is this realy that hard to see ? And YES,, if the account of what the townspeaple in Spain did to their coward pollitician leader is true,,, then americans certainly should do exactly the same--- only on a much LARGER SCALE. The only thing I will ever vote for again here is a massive millitary split/cuee.... Shortly followed by the biggest millitia uprising [wich by the way is indeed orderd for us to do in case of a federal abuse of power in our constitution---------in my opinion of course]since 1774. Is anyone residing in France reading this as well ? I personaly dont care for your government or your peaple..... but I have to admit I was very inspired about a year or so ago when I heard what your peaeple had done when your government tried to follow american suit and raised taxes on your tobaco prices. I wont elaberate anymore on this story,, prefer to hear it first hand from a French resident. Either way- sorry americans... We have all collectivly gotten lazy. To comfortable with our big pay checks and fancy gadgets and toys. Along with our excess of money as long as we are allowed to pretend we are still free. We are no longer the country of true Patriots we have been raised to think we are. Being a patriot isnt about being loyal to the american flag. Its about being willing to risk your own lives to say HELL NO to supresion and abused federal governmental powers at all cost. Dont even try and argue this . Because taking a stand against all odds is what Geargy Washington, Beny Franklin and all the other REAL PATRIOTS had dont almost 300 years ago. america- Take your so called "patriot act" and shove it!!! I dont think I need to elaberate where you can put it.!!! Mr. W Bush,, you not only make me sick by triyng to recreate the definition of the owrd Patriot,,,, you are a true disgrace to your own Father. I'm from Spain, Madrid. I don't live there, but I was born there and have a lot of family over there- I went there this winter and am going again in the summer. I know that after 11-M they elected a new, more liberal president, but I'm not exactly sure about the whole storming into the presidential palace- there might have been riots or protests, but I think it was just a landslide vote for the president they have currently. I'll ask my cousin when I see him next week, he would probably know more about it.IP: Logged |

Yeah, what was (widely) reported here is that the train bombing did have an extremely significant effect on the election. I'm pretty certain that is the only thing of note that occurred.IP: Logged | |
