delerious, perhaps I've been approaching love from the wrong angle. I always thought the right path was thoughtful cards, love letters, walks in the moonlight, candy, absolute loyality and fidelity, plus chemistry. Thanks for wising me up

Here's some interesting love reading!

That's right Petron, the IRS has no lawful authority to require individuals to file a tax return, no lawful authority to seize any individual's property and there is no federal law under which individuals may be prosecuted for willful failure to file. There is also no law which requires an individual to appear at an IRS audit, supply the IRS with documents or answer IRS questions.

Now, any government agency which uses intimidating tactics to force citizens to waive their constitutional rights...i.e., supply information to the government which may be used against them in a court of law...5th Amendment or sign a form swearing under penalty of perjury to the validity of one's statements on a tax return...1040, is the essence of evil. That's the reason there is going to be a new tax system..hopefully a constitutional one...not a flat tax which would be just as unconstitutional as the current system...but a national sales tax on purchases.

The Federal Reserve System is a total fraud..."Congress shall have the power to coin money and regulate the value thereof"...not a private for profit corporation called the Federal Reserve which along with member National Banks create the proceeds of loans out of thin air, loans consumers must pay back, both principal and interest in what passes for money...Federal Reserve Notes from the sweat of their labor. The proof of what I'm saying is clear...and easy to find. There is not and never has been enough money in circulation to pay off the debt, not even a small portion of the existing so called debt held by banks...so it's clear banks aren't loaning money..they're loaning credit created out of thin air at virtually no cost to the banks. You can call that whatever you wish but I call that the essence of evil along with the IRS.

Seems we do agree on one thing at least Petron. Were it up to me, I would rescind the Federal Reserve Act, give the Reserve banks the 1 billion they loaned the US for the right to establish the system..then void every credit/loan National Banks have on their books and seize all their assets. It goes without saying those bankers would spend the rest of their lives at camp fed...along with some state and federal judges who routinely dismiss suits against the FED on the issues of money and credit.

Being a law-abiding citizen, I'm sure Jwhop pays any taxes he is legally required to pay.

Randall, I think you need to read Jwhop's post again. I believe he's of the opinion that we are not legally required to pay income taxes.

Listen to Randall who I'm sure pays all the taxes he is legally required to pay too.

Everyone must pay all the taxes they are legally required to pay!

Here's a combination piece about the income tax and the Federal Reserve which might heat you up even further TINK

Why an Income Tax is Not Necessary to Fund the U.S. Government
Devvy Kidd

Can this statement possibly be true? In order to answer this question, Americans must first understand what is the source of the money that funds the government and where it goes. Contrary to the sound bites issued by the two mainstream political parties, the reality of how the system actually works will not only open your eyes, but hopefully stimulate the American people to demand that the thievery underway come to an end.........

The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 provided that a substantial portion of the Feds annual profits be turned over to the National Treasury. Does this fact dilute the argument that there are vast profits built into the commercial banking system? No. Consider for a moment that the total debt (public debt plus private debt) at the end of 1988 was in excess of $11 trillion. [Editorial note: Today it is in excess of $23 trillion.] Then, the discount rate, the rate at which banks can borrow from the Federal Reserve, was about 9.4%. Assuming the debt carried the same rate as the discount rate, there was an annual interest charge of almost $1 trillion on the total debt owed to the banking system.

While all of this interest payment does not go to commercial banks, an overwhelmingly large part of it does. The $17.36 billion turned over to the U.S. Treasury is thus much less than 2% of the total carrying charge on the total debt….which they created out of thin air. Now can you appreciate what is happening?" End of excerpt.

Our Founding Fathers, the ones our elected public servants are always chirping they respect, warned the American people about usury and unscrupulous bankers:

"If the American people ever allow the banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation, and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property, until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. The issuing power of money should be taken from banks and restored to Congress and the people to whom it belongs. I sincerely believe the banking institutions having the issuing power of money, are more dangerous to liberty than standing armies." ~ Thomas Jefferson........
