I wasn't sure where to post this, and I suppose it kind of fits in with "global imperialism", as the forum description states (at least in my mind) ... so, what is this all about? http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=s109-517

If you read between the lines, certain things are suggested. For instance, before a bill of this type even gets a chance at committee, there has got to be some sort of pretty convincing evidence already extant. Don't you think? Just seems odd to me.  IP: Logged |

A freind of mine was telling me over 5 years ago about US government research on weather manipulation,,,, at the time I was sure that a scientist or two out there was perhaps looking for a way to do such a thing... But never thought by the end of my lifetime that they would get far enough to publickly speak about it in congress. VERY SCARY theres no way that our exceptionaly primative species is yet ready to play with weather manipulation . Ill bet you anyhting that they are useing ultra sonic sound waves in their research..Stupid pompass ******** .
