The mad media seems to think the glue for Global Unity is Fear !

Our Western Australia paper this weekend had headlines :
"The world pandemic of Bird Flu could kill 150 million people, and 44,000 of them will be here " !!!

And the Sunday TV news programs were filled with the same prophecies.
Including the news that all supplies of vaccine have now been exhausted and will only be available to essential personal (Like politicians. LOL)

So with Bali bombers and evil birds we seem to be heading for a black-Unity.
Stange things "words".

words = sword

Use them wisely, yes?

Hi peajie, hi Juni
Truly Words hold such power. Or at least we hold the power to choose our words responsibly. We are always the source when we utter our words.

------------------
"Number is the Word but is not utterance; it is wave and light, though no one sees it; it is rhythm and music, though no one hears it. Its variations are limitless and yet it is immutable. Each form of life is a particular reverberation of Number." Maurice Druon, From the Memoirs of Zeus

And it just so happens that scientists have just re-created the 1918 flu virus, one of the most deadly on record, supposedly. They are already saying that it was an avian virus, very similar to the one they have trumped up here recently. Read about that new story.

Anyone smell a rat?

The newspapers here in the states are already graphing the estimated death tolls ... for a virus that hasn't yet mutated into a threat. 60 people have died in two or three years, and they are projecting hundreds of millions. That is insanity.

You are right, peajie, it's all about contolling us through fear. It is as if we have lost our ability to think logically and rationally, and everything we do as a society is entirely based upon the emotions. And even when we do occassionally think things through, we lack the ability or the drive to come together and make the necessary changes. We've gotten lazy and comfortable, and distracted, and we just can't seem to get off the couch, we don't want to.

This whole thing is another 'anthrax' ... remember that?

I just hope this whole thing doesn't get too evil and twisted.

I spoke with someone at work for nearly a 1/2 hour about this. All she could manage to do was mumble on and on about the "epidemic heading our way" and all the people that have died and the scientists didn't expect any of this and the lack of vaccines and the sky falling and blah blah blah.

Try as I might, she would NOT listen to reason. I don't think she wanted to.

odd.

so true. this seems to apply to all manner of things lately - not just politics but our spiritual side as well, don't you think?

Ra, Bravo. Reason will eventually prevail, it is the destiny of humans to overcome our emotions and to build a society based on though, compassion, logic, and reason. It will come, with time.

Matters such as these are not in our control. What is in our control is how we react to them.

Tell chicken little coworker that stress breaks down the immune system.

Peajie, sorry for the misspelling of your name back in the health/healing forum.
and thanx again for putting me on the right track to here.
For those like me who get a bit lost in the forums, i'll quickly repeat basically what i said over there.

Whey powder will carry viruses like BIRD FLU out of our bodies. I know it's a dairy product but it's apparently the only really good bit.

Whey powder is very cheap and readily available.

I would rather ensure my kids health with this rather than vaccinate anyday.

Whey powder mixes really well with smoothies and soy milk.

have a nice day

Back to the Bird flu threats.

It has just been announced.
Headlines in our Newspapers, and Google news.

Australia is planning to hold ALL new arrivals in Australia for SIX days before they will be allowed to leave an airport.
Giant hangers are being equipped with 500 beds in each.

This is claimed to provide an incubation period to check everybody for the Virus before release into the cities.

But maybe... it is a smoke screen to deter terorists or drug smugglers ?
It will be very difficult to hide anything you should not be carrying, for 6 days.
