Why do other Countries just let things go by?

WTF?

Mogadishu, Somalia - A 16 year old boy stabbed his father's killer to death yesterday in a public execution ordered by an islamic court, witnesses said. Omar Hussein, 45, was convicted under sharia law (Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.........okayyyyyyyy :/) of killing teacher Sheik Osman Moallim two months ago after a dispute over Hussein's son's education. An Islamic court here ordered that Moallim's son. Mohamed, should execute his father's killer in the same manner that the father was murdered.

I once saw a woman on tv cut off the head of her rapist. It was somewhere in the Middle East. i forgot what country exactly. That lady was full of anger and rage. She kept cutting and he was gurgling and the blood god damn human beings now a days. I don't know who created us but I wouldn't be to happy with my creation right now :/

To put it another way, if someone killed your family, would you be satisfied to see them lounging comfortably in prison? I know that I wouldn't.
