SHERMAN H. SKOLNICK

Born Chicago July 1930 - Died Chicago May 2006

For 48 years, a key focus of Sherman Skolnick's investigative reporting was the rampant judicial corruption in the courts of law in U.S.A., specifically in Chicago and in the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D. C.

Judges on the take, some of them termed "banksters" or "banker-judges", drew the attention not only of Skolnick's seasoned Jewish humor but also of his relentless and feared public exposure mechanisms. The robed mafiosi had him in jail eight times during his long life but could never stick anything of substance on him. Twenty judges and over forty attorneys went behind bars, from 1969 to 1993 alone, through America's leading judge-buster who has now passed on.

Skolnick started in his late twenties using his superb mental powers and writing skills as reflected in his reporting on judicial and political corruption. Since 1958 he was a court reformer. In 1963 he founded the Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts, a public interest group researching and disclosing certain instances of judicial bribery and political murders. Starting in 1971 his comments were on a recorded phone message that he called Hotline News. Since 1991 he was a regular participant and producer, and since 1995 he was producer/moderator of "BROADSIDES," a one hour weekly taped public access Cable TV Show on in Chicago Monday evening, 9 p.m., Channel 21 Cable, reaching an audience of 400,000 viewers.

Sherman H. Skolnick was elevated to national prominence when a mafia of corrupt Illinois judges swindled his parents out of their lifetime savings. Time Magazine reported on the scandal in August 1969 and depicted Skolnick in his wheelchair on the cover. Law school professor Kenneth A. Manaster reviews this judicial bribery scandal in his 2001 book " Illinois Justice, The Scandal of 1969 and the Rise of John Paul Stevens "

Assassinations Of The
20th Century - Why?

The 20th Century came to a close and those who procured political murders have not been heard from.

Are there two sides to the story?

If so, how far into the 21st Century will it take until we hear THEIR side articulated?

And will the common people accept the explanations?

In the past, I have attended sizeable meetings of political assassination researchers. At the beginning, many of those present greeted me friendly-like, even shook hands with me. During the meetings I asked sticky questions. So, my so-called "friends" and "acquaintances" hooted me down, demanded that I be silenced by being thrown out of the covention hall. What was it that so offended them?

I asked questions about the financial explanation of political rub-outs. I wanted discussions of the economic forces FOR and AGAINST bloody deeds done. I dared, from an historical and intellectual stand-point, to ask if those who arranged political assassinations had any justification whatsoever? If so, what was it?

Those in attendance, concerned about their book and lecture contracts, suddenly looked upon me as an ENEMY. "Turn off your tape recorder, Sherman", they shouted. I came with a small audio recorder in which I plugged a "shotgun microphone," that could pick up discussions thirty feet away and more. What scared them so, that they wanted to grab my wheelchair and roll me forcefully out of the place? Was it my long-nose microphone which to tape I obviously pointed at them like a gun? I did ask my questions to the speakers in a polite voice.

At one meeting I asked Oliver Stone's chief researcher for his movie "JFK", whether the Rothschilds, friends of the Kennedy family, financed the 42 million dollar production. It ran in the Rothschild movie chain, Loew's. She glared at me. Later, when Oliver Stone himself showed up, she grabbed him by the arm, saying, "Don't talk to HIM!" Perhaps indulging me, because of my physical disability, Stone allowed me to point my mike at him as I asked a few questions and then she pulled him away.

HERE ARE SOME ITEMS NEEDED TO BE DISCUSSED:

If there were a well-educated populace to talk to, well-grounded in finance and history, and IF they would listen carefully, could those that were FOR political murder make a thoughtful, persuasive case?

Through their monopoly press, the Establishment brain-washes us daily to their point of view. On all kinds of subjects. Why could they not run documentaries setting forth THEIR JUSTIFICATION for preserving themselves through political murders? Because WE are too stupid to understand? Because it would endanger the "powers-that-be"? What? Why? And they have to keep telling us each time, a "lone nut", a "lone assassin" did it?

THE MURDER OF PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY, 1963:

He was interfering with the Oil Cartel. He wanted to take away the IRS trick favoring them, the oil depletion allowance. He wanted REAL MONEY, not toilet paper from the Federal Reserve, a PRIVATE money ship masquerading as the U.S. Government central bank. A handful of ruling families own the Fed and profit from their issuance of Federal Reserve note "money" disguised as the "U.S. Dollar". Contrary to the U.S.Constitution, the Federal Reserve charges interest on their paper money issuance, benefitting certain ruling families.

Kennedy was the first Catholic President of the U.S. Although labeling himself as only nominally a Catholic, he was perceived as being under the thumb of the Vatican. He violated Church Canon Law, however, by going along with the attack upon ANOTHER Catholic country, namely, Cuba. Some later explained JFK was tricked into the aborted invasion at the Bay of Pigs. Did his sin justify murder BY THE CHURCH?

The Military Brass perceived him as soft on the Soviets, as a communist-sympathizer. Those who commit treason, so the logic goes, like JFK, are to be shot, right? Others now claim Kennedy was interfering with the future of the State of Israel, justifying them in snuffing him out. The book "Final Judgment" by Michael Collins Piper lays out a purported circumstantial case Israel was implicated in the murder of JFK. The book rejects, out of hand, what others claim, however, that Nazi war criminals were involved.[As documented by the late assassination researcher, Mae Brussell.] And the book does not explain how the U.S. Secret Service, the FBI, and the CIA, being the Protestant/Catholic Establishment,---how and why these espionage entities could have covered up all this FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE JEWS.

JFK wanted to stop the war in South-East Asia, thus permitting, supposedly, the Soviet expansion to the Philippines and even to Australia, a former British prison colony. Kennedy was letting Dr. King rile up the country on racial issues. BUT OVERLOOKED: that JFK set loose in the U.S. that the era of the common man had arrived. A dangerous psychology, directly confronting the ruling families. And the ruling elite have a right, do they not, to assert their position by wiping out JFK? Fair is fair, right?

How to deal with JFK?

Make an example of him. In front of numerous witnesses, blow out his brains in an open car.

The media, on orders, will trumpet, a "lone assassin did it!". And then, the lone assassin is himself murdered. Thereafter, America will continue to "prosper" with the aid of the oil monopoly. Don't oil developers have a right to get rich? Old man Rockefeller, founder of the infamous Standard Oil Trust, was allowed to murder competitors, right?

Would we listen carefully to spokespersons of these interests? Why and how it was necessary, for the "public good", to blow away JFK? So that the U.S. could continue as a stable society.[Some details about the JFK murder are in the book "Farewell America" by James Hepburn. A best-seller in Europe, until recently it was not allowed to be sold by bookstores in the U.S. Censorship. I and one other person were were the only ones in the 1970s to get the book into the U.S. I gave them away for small donations, at College lectures. Alas, no copies are available anymore through us.]

MURDER OF MALCOLM X, 1965:

The makers and shakers of America began to perceive him an an objectional Black Messiah, steering 11-1/2 per cent of America against the rest. He had a way of pointing with his finger which seemed to scare some folks. While under total surveillance of the American CIA, he traveled to Africa and the Moslem world, urging unity among the people of color there and in the U.S. Malcolm had a blunt way of confronting the American Establishment with the ways they enriched themselves by exploiting people of color. A growing number of Afro-Americans were listening.

Preparing to start a speech in New York, Malcolm was gunned down at the meeting. The black man who bent down to examine him was actually part of a special New York secret police unit. Lone nuts were framed into prison.

America's secret political police have their ways of stopping loud-mouths. FBI, IRS, CIA-trained local police. If a host of near-violent dirty tricks does not work, well, then violence is justified. To preserve the stability of society and finance, to continue the necessary fairy tale of Constitutional rights for everyone. The White Anglo-Saxon Protestants are the majority, are they not? And from THEIR standpoint, are they not entitled to prevail against all dangerous challengers? The apparent motto against smart mouths, "Buy them or bleed them". [See my story about the reported role of Rev. Jesse Jackson in the murder of Dr. King.]

THE MURDER OF DR.MARTIN LUTHER KING, Jr.:

The heads of America's secret political police, the FBI and the CIA, perceived Dr. King as a Black Messiah. Dangerous to stable society and set to make impossible demands upon the White Anglo-Saxon Protestant majority.

In their view, Dr. King was interfering with U.S. Foreign Policy. In 1967, a year before they snuffed him out, Dr. King gave a speech. He announced he intended to go to Viet Nam to tell Black GIs they should not be there murdering yellow-skinned people in someone else's civil war. In other words, inciting a black soldiers mutiny.

At that time, although only 11-1/2 per cent of the U.S. population, the blacks constituted 26 per cent of the American military in S.E. Asia and a similarly large per centage of the casualties. The view of the "powers-that-be" was to deal with the rising expectations of American blacks, "Send the blacks to the Asian jungles to die, so they don't come back". Thus eliminating the need of "equal rights", "college enrollments for blacks" and such. Besides, the head of America's Gestapo, the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, repeatedly falsely claimed Dr. King was a Communist, thus justifying he be murdered as a subversive.

Rev. Jesse Jackson, a reputed FBI stool pigeon all his adult life, was reportedly chosen BY THE FBI to replace Dr. King BEFORE THE FBI MURDERED KING. This choice made, according to reportedly suppressed records of the House Subcommittee on Assassinations, 1975-76. [See my story about The Murder of Dr. King, Unspoken details, and the reported role of Rev.Jesse Jackson.]

As to the secret military team as well as civilian assassins who targeted Dr. King on that fatal day in April, 1968---see the book, "Orders to Kill" by Stephen F. Pepper. The book became the basis for the Memphis jury verdict in 1999, that there WAS a conspiracy to assassinate Dr. King.

But the question remains: could those in favor of the murder, make out a persuasive case that it was necessary for the stablity of the U.S.and to preserve U.S. foreign policy and prevent a possible mutiny by black soldiers?

MURDER OF ROBERT F. KENNEDY, 1968:

He had a way of charming the underdogs of America, endangering the ruling elite. In 1967, he set off a scandal by identifying ruling families aiding dirty tricks of the American CIA through Foundation fronts. [See New York Times Index for 1967, summarizing the CIA Foundation mess. We followed up on that showing such foundations financed provocateurs to try to discredit the Viet Nam Peace Movement. Hillary Rodham Clinton became the board chairman of such a Foundation in 1990, the New World Foundation.]

Although silent about the murder of his brother John(1963), and the attempted murder by a sabotage plane crash of brother Teddy (1964), Bobby in his heart of hearts obviously vowed revenge. A natural feeling. If elected President, Bobby would get to the bottom of those who bloodied his family. A few moments after he won the crucial California Presidential Primary, June, 1968, Bobby was gunned down. The press ****** , on signal proclaimed a "lone nut did it, Sirhan Sirhan". Yet the local coroner later testified the fatal bullets were shot a few inches away from Bobby's head. Sirhan was never closer than 8 feet. The documentary movie "The Second Gun" by Theodore Charach, an eyewitness, was suppressed and bottled up for many years.

[Among the corrupt, CIA-trained Los Angeles police that covered up the RFK murder, were some of the same ones that framed O.J. Simpson for a double murder.]

The arrangers of an assassination researcher convention, in Chicago, 1993, did two things that greatly puzzled me:

[1] They said they are inviting the mass media to a press conference. I said I would right there at the convention confront the press fakers to their face with their lies about "lone assassin". "If you do that, Sherman, I intend to call the police and have you arrested", so threatened the marketing expert who came up with big bucks to arrange that convention and supervise it. I wanted to attend the rest of the meeting, so I relented. I asked myself repeatedly, "Who ARE these people with the deep pockets arranging these assassination research conventions? Are they performing a test, to see if the public is really interested in all this?"

And [2] They told me to inform my friend, Theodore Charach (His movie "The Second Gun"), that if he shows up for the meetings, he will be arrested. I was told, "Charach talks too loud". I protested in vain, "He has an interesting documentary to show". The blunt reply from the convention boss, "I repeat, Sherman, if you arrange to have Charach come here, you and he will both be arrested."

I got into big trouble when I joined with another convention participant and began investigating who set up the assassination research convention in Chicago.

So, somewhere in the 21st Century, are those who procured these political murders, going to make a persuasive case that the bloody deeds were essential to the survival of the United States as a stable society? And would the common people somehow be brainwashed into accepting these justifications?

Bush Treason In Spy Whorehouse

This report might be considered like a website Home Page with links which seem to go in many directions. As this series progresses, I shall try to make sense of it all. Naive readers early on most possibly will greatly fault this writer.

There was in Iowa a very clever fellow named Johnny Gosch. He was considered precocious. Now some would have compared him to Michael Riconoscuito, a boy genius. Michael was a wizard in spy craft, electronics, chemistry, and a lot more.

(By a series of circumstances, we were able to interview Michael for several months in 1992, a story to itself.)

Johnny Gosch was kidnapped in 1982. His mother Noreen apparently could not get the assistance of law enforcement. So she wrote a book and sent it here and there to alternative commentators such as myself.

George Herbert Walker Bush, a concealed pedophile, was instrumental in running a teen-ager prostitution ring, Omaha, Nebraska, Chicago, District of Columbia. Early on not mentioning the Elder Bush by name, was a privately printed book on the subject, "The Franklin Cover-Up", by John DeCamp, a Nebraska State Senator. The forward to the book mentions a colleague of DeCamp, former (and now late) Director of Central Intelligence William Colby. DeCamp says he participated with Colby in Viet Nam, in "pacifying" the Viet Cong and others, through the Phoenix Assassination Program.

The book relates the story of a credit union that met a bad fate, along with a kingpin of it, in a series of events related to the teen-ager prostitution ring.

Noreen believed her disappeared son was sucked up into this sordid enterprise. She saw her son again, very briefly, in 1997. He warned her not to inquire about him.

Then in February, 2005, there surfaced a fellow named Jeff Gannon. He was a major player in a District of Columbia Escort Service. Plain spoken folks would label it simply a male call service, or a male whorehouse. Gannon was a reputed reporter for a little-known news service owned by one of George W. Bush's pals in Texas; a news operation now defunct.

Gannon apparently got into the White House and stayed with or visited, upstairs, with the occupant and resident, namely George W. Bush. Some contend the U.S. Secret Service, contrary to what they are required, did NOT log in Gannon.

Gannon alias Gosch received reportedly directly from George W. Bush in the White House and/or right nearby, the secret American CIA records used to blow the cover of CIA operative Valerie Plame. The result was that some of the 70 CIA penetration agents, supervised by Plame, operating in countries very hostile to the U.S. were identified and murdered. Blowing the cover of Plame was a reprisal against her husband, a former U.S. Ambassador who criticized George W. Bush.

In so doing, George W. Bush committed treason and violated a federal criminal provision having a severe penalty for blowing the cover of a CIA operative.

Some of Valerie Plame's penetration agents overseas, supervised by her, reportedly had reported bcover as business people of Coca-Cola Company or their units. .Funds involved link to Coca-Cola's corrupting of five members of the U.S. Supreme Court in Bush versus Gore, December, 2000.

A member of the homosexual media and political underground, written about by us since December, 2002, reputedly is John Roberts. He heads up the CBS reporting team in the White House press corps and hopes to replace Dan Rather as CBS Network Evening News Anchor Face. Roberts ostensibly escorts Gannon to where he has to go, often apparently without legal formality.

Why would the Secret Service on purpose, fail to log in Jeff Gannon to the White House?

1. One reason is the Secret Service has become accustomed to George W. Bush's co-habiting reportedly with homosexuals, such as Victor Ashe, once longtime Mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee. When a member of Congress began following up on our stories, Bush shipped Ashe out of the country, as U.S. Ambassador to Poland.

Bush's cavorting is not a private matter. It involves National Security. The Red Chinese Secret Police used their knowledge of all this to blackmail U.S. financial, industrial and MILITARY secrets out of the Bush White House.

Some in the Secret Service have quietly resigned, fed up with covering up Bush's sordid doings as a member of the satanic cult, Skull & Bones, or as we call it, Skull & ******** Society.

2. Another reason is that CBS's John Roberts has some reportedly rotten details about the Secret Service's involvement in political assassinations. And thus, Roberts ostensibly can escort certain persons upstairs in the White House to Bush without having the Secret Srvice log them in.

3. Jeff Gannon, in the company of John Roberts, attended a recent press conference by Bush. Gannon reportedly did not have to go through an extensive FBI/Secret Service background check. Further, apparently with Robert's connivance, Gannon, without Secret Service press credentials, was allowed to sit next to Roberts at a press conference and ask Bush a "soft ball" question, enabling Bush to mouth off about his agenda.

Some explosive purported pictures apparently have been made available to some U.S. Admirals and Generals, known in the trade as "flag officers", part of a growing group that wants to arrest their Commander-in-Chief for documented treason. If he orders them arrested for mutiny, and if they are not immediately assassinated, they intend to defend themselves at Courts Martial with documented treason by Bush as they contend they are authorized to do under the Uniform Military Code.

One picture from a whorehouse "catalogue", shows Jeff Gannon reportedly naked near the words Escort Service, Two Hundred Dollars per hour.

The other purported picture shows Jeff Gannon naked next to George W. Bush likewise naked. This picture to some is very questioable on the basis it may be too good to be true. On the other hand, some dissident flag officers in the Military contend that some dissidents in the U.S. Secret Service who are fed up with Bush's sordid activities, somehow arranged the clandestine picture.

A group of elite investigators, for many years now documenting the operation of the male prostitution ring, Omaha, Chicago, and District of Colombia, have told a very small, trusted group of old-assistants, some of the following:

===That the person using the name "Jeff Gannon" is most likely Johnny Gosch. And that the name is a tip-off in that it is the name of an editor of a major newspaper in Iowa that originally severely condemned Noreen Gosch for making an issue of the kidnapping of her twelve-year old son in 1982 who delivered newspapers for that paper.

===That Gannon alias Gosch was selected at an early age because of his cleverness and adaptability to espionage work, as the intelligence agencies are inclined to do. And that Gannon alias Gosch is part of a spy agency team so secretive its name or title is not known by those otherwise knowledgeable about secret teams.

===That Gannon alias Gosch is an expert penetration agent, through sex, compiling negative data on U.S. and foreign governmental officials. For example, fourteen members of the House and Senate are users of this whorehouse service along with at least two members of the Federal Reserve Board. The Congress members are mostly Republican that Daddy Bush, for the benefit of George W., wants to be sure they follow orders as handed down by the Anglo-American Aristocracy.

The Escort Service, supervised reportedly by Jeff Gannon alias Gosch , also reportedly services and keeps track of members of British Intelligence operating in the U.S.

===Gannon alias Gosch reportedly knows the names and whereabouts of some of the members of the secret team that not long ago burglarized the home of Federal Reserve Commissar, Alan Greenspan. They were looking for secret financial records that Greenspan was inclined to take home with him. The Fed Chief's wife, Senior Washington correspondent Andrea Mitchell, arranged for her network NBC, owned by major war-monger General Electric, to interview Gannon who refused to discuss the Escort Service

===Gannon alias Gosch is reportedly an expert on torture, trained by those who assisted the Generals operating "death squads" in Central America and South America. He has been a major consultant for extracting information by torture at Guantamino and at the Baghdad jail. Gannon alias Gosch ostensibly is an expert on porno snuff, a murderous form of sexuality. Some years ago, according to a reputed eyewitness, John F. Kerry was present in London when there were these devilish doings. And Gannon alias Gosch is apparently directly familiar with these circumstances of Kerry in London.

Investigators have been tracking hundreds of millions of dollars of Russian mafiya funds funneling through semi-secret hedge funds and commodity accounts principally through Chicago. A Russian reportedly linked to these funds once paid millions to be a private passenger on a Russian space shot. A large portion of these illicit funds find their way to Omaha where they are reportedly commingled with espionage/dope funds handled by Warren Buffet, a major owner and board member of Coca-Cola, an adjunct of the American CIA.

[Warren Buffet is apparently the target of several federal grand juries in Atlanta, Georgia, inquiring into book-cooking by Coca-Cola's top officials. Most of Coke's upper management have departed.

Federal criminally prosecuted for so plotting, Hale was found guilty and since 2003 was locked up in the Chicago Federal Jail, a unusual triangular building, under special stringent provisions reserved for "terrorists". Sentencing of Hale was scheduled for April, 2005.

{A revealing detail of the plotting trial of Hale was that a federal judge from Indiana was brought in for that purpose.bbof the Hale plotting trial in Chicago. Quite a character, that Judge previously barely escaped being removed from the bench. That Judge had a live-in girl friend who had an additional boyfriend in the dope business. The Indiana Judge was accused of obstructing justice by corruptly keeping the FBI from inquiring into the dope trafficking.]

After many hours, the mass media finally announced that Judge Lefkow's 89-year old mother and husband were found in the basement of the Judge's home, both having been shot in the back of the head. The lapdog press never mentioned that Homeland Security was involved in the inquiry.

As a result of the apparent prior threats by the white supremacists, both the Judge and her home were under police protection. The press liars do not bother to raise the question: HOW could the Judge or anyone at her house be endangered by an assassin or assassins while under full police protection?

To continue the focus on Matt Hale and his group, the media hasten to point out that neither the Judge nor her husband are Jewish.

What the press -fakers failed to mention are details necessary to understand the operation of the U.S. District Courts, such as the one in Chicago. They have both a civil and criminal case docket. Over the more than 48 years of our operation as court-reformers, we have uncovered details that really hot cases are listed only on the secret civil and criminal dockets. With the help of friendly sources, we now and then have been able to wiggle out details of those secret cases.

The U.S. Attorney in the District is the Chief Federal Prosecutor. For many, many years the policy was to have a local attorney become the Chief Federal Prosecutor in Chicago. And he would stay at that post for upwards of five years and then would get a highly lucrative job with a major law firm protecting Big Business from any possible federal scrutiny similar to the corrupt way the prosecutor would likewise protect bigshots and high society folks.

Supposedly to break that clubby system, in recent years brought in from New York has been Patrick Fitzgerald. He has also been given the role more or less as Special Federal Prosecutor in the Valerie Plame Affair.

Using her maiden name, Plame has been a deep cover operative, supervising some 70 overseas penetration agents for CIA, in countries extremely hostile to the U.S. Many of her team used cover reportedly as overseas officials of Coca-Cola Company, an adjunct of the American CIA. Her husband, former U.S.Ambassador Joseph C. Wilson, had criticized George W. Bush relying on false data, that Saddam Hussein supposedly was purchasing uranium, called yellow cake, from a place called Niger.

Someone high, high up in the U.S. government leaked out documents blowing the cover of Valerie Plame. The result was that many of her 70 CIA agent team were identified and murdered. That is treason subject to extreme penalties under federal criminal provisions.

The Special Prosecutor became aware that D.C. Escort Service operative, Jeff Gannon most likely alias Johnny Gosch, received the secret details directly from George W. Bush himself, either upstairs in the White House or across the street in an Executive office building.

Gannon trained in whorehouse services as a penetration agent for a super-secret U.S. agency, was an expert in torture techniques called S-M. Gannon alias Gosch became a top-level consultant on torture methods to Alberto Gonzales, who was soft-ball questioned about this when being affirmed as the new U.S. Attorney General. Gonzales had informed Bush that torture was most likely okay since the "terrorists" were not, he claimed, subject to the Geneva Conventions for humane treatment of war prisoners.

Reputed weirdo, Michael Chertoff, who likewise used Gannon alias Gosch as a torture consultant, likewise gave apparent advice to George W. Bush that mistreatment of "terrorist" prisoners is not subject to the Geneva Conventions of which the U.S. is a signatory.

Apparently problems were developing in subpoenaeing Jeff Gannon alias Johnny Gosch as to data on blowing the cover of Valerie Plame. Not in open court, the Special Prosecutor took up the federal grand jury problems reportedly with Judge Lefkow. Those working on the problem secretly were well aware that pulling on the whorehouse chain would bring in George W. Bush himself, as a federal criminally indicted defendant having committed treason directly using Gannon alias Gosch.

In the press, a neighbor of Judge Lefkow is commenting on the double murder, "I hope it does not involve anything on her docket, because if it does, then judges everywhere would be fearful."

Who if not the Bush White House and the Gestapo-like Homeland Security would want to put the "terrorist" fear into judges everywhere?

Of the 14 members of the House and Senate who are apparent "pals" of Escort Service operative Gannon alias Gosch, has been U.S. Senator Arlen Specter (R., Penn.). He is reportedly suffering from an erarly version of AIDS.

Cynics claim that if Specter got AIDS from Gannon alias Gosch, that it would be a suitable punishment. Specter in 1964 sat on the infamous Warren Commission and created the phantasy that became Warren Commission Exhibit 399. that supposed lone assassin Oswald shot a bullet found in pristine condition laying on a hospital cart in a hospital where President John F. Kennedy was pronounced dead. How did it do such damage to Governor Connally and the President and yet remain in perfect condition as a bullet?

A revealing incident occurred in 1995.in Lefkow's courtroom where she was at the time a U.S. Magistrate Judge. I was a litigant in Lefkow's courtroom as to my efforts complaining about the corruption of federal judges in the courthouse.

As I left I was stopped while sitting in my wheelchair and with my friends right outside the courtroom door. A top U.S. Justice Department official had flown in specially from Washington to confront me right there. He said, "Mr. Skolnick, you have to stop investigating and going on the air and in the court record about the Chief Bankruptcy Judge being corrupt and parking offshore 141 million dollars skimmed off the bankruptcy rackets and not having paid income tax for years".

I quickly retorted, "It is all true. I put into the court record, and not disputed, the transcript of an interview I and a tv assistant did with an official of the IRS Intelligence Division, confirming the Chief Bankruptcy Judge's offense."

He answered, "You stop doing your obstructions of the court or I am going to the Chief Judge and together we are going to put you into prison, do you understand?"

At that point, the deputy U.S. Marshal in Judge Lefkow's court came to the courtroom door and said, "Look, Judge Lefkow is hearing everything you people are saying. You have to get away from this door. You are disturbing the proceedings".

I responded, "Hey, if the Judge is hearing everything, then she knows I as a litigant in her court am being threatened with harm by this top government official right at the Judge's door. What is the judge gonna do to proteczt me, a litigant in her court, and a tv commentator, huh?"

All the deputy Marshal said was, "Get away from this open door."

Later, the Justice Department official was a named defendant in a lawsuit by me, but I got no court remedy.

As to the two deaths at the Judge's house, only one network, and only one time, mentioned that the two deaths are linked to the Valerie Plame case. The rest of the monopoly press is pushing the cover up, that it is all Matt Hale's team.

With George W. Bush being totally implicated in the D.C. whorehouse mess and blowing the cover of Valerie Plame, can the highly politicized, highly corrupt FBI and Homeland Security continue their cover up?

And with the murder of two members of Judge Lefkow's family, are judges everywhere now fearful of assisting anyone, including the Special Federal Prosecutor, of identifying George W. Bush as to his treason himself blowing the cover of Valerie Plame?

What Happened To
America's Golden Boy?

Part one

On his third birthday, he stood and saluted. Do three year olds understand great turning points in history? He stood there as the flag-draped coffin of his father was slowly drawn past. His only son watching the funeral of John F. Kennedy, assassinated 35th president of the United States. He knew as he grew up that it was his mother's wish that for their safety, no statements be made by them contradicting the big lie of the government, that a "lone assassin" blew out the brains of his father, right in front of numerous witnesses. Thereafter, dozens, if not hundreds of material witnesses were themselves murdered, such as the CIA patsy, Lee Harvey Oswald, and Oswald's murderer, Jack Ruby, and a long list.

John F. Kennedy, Jr. knew that dark forces opposed the terrible truth. His father was ouraged on going along with a disaster shortly after taking office. The Bay of Pigs fiasco, April,1961. President Kennedy fired Director of Central Intelligence Allen Dulles who reportedly muttered under his breath to JFK, "Traitor". Was there justification for political murder and if so, when,if ever, will the high-level forces go "public"? The President vowed to splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter them to the wind.

Too many assassination researchers are busy writing and selling books with conspiracy theories, and videos of the same, or setting up paid lectures and seminars, to go beyond describing what took place in Dealey Plaza. As a non-commercial assassination researcher, when I come to some political assassination seminars I am appalled how I am treated by supposed friends and acquaintances. They hoot and heckle me when I try to ask a question beyond which way the bullets went in Dealey Plaza. When I discuss the rationale of the ultra-rich for this bloody deed:

1. Such as John F. Kennedy and his friend, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., were closet communists, at least the FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover and various Directors of CIA believed that.

2. Although Kennedy once explained he was only nominally a Catholic, there were the controllers of America, if not the world, who believed the U.S. should not have a Catholic President. That has been the prevailing view from the downfall of Al Smith as presidential candidate in the 1920s to this very day. And the same forces opposed Jews on the U.S. Supreme Court and the two that did somehow get on the high court after World War Two who were removed. Justice Abe Fortas was removed by a trumped up scandal. Justice Arthur Goldberg was arm-twisted into resigning from the high court and serving instead on the United Nations. They were perceived as making too "liberal" decisions for the common man.

3. Those who call the shots, who govern us NOT by the consent of the governed, were and are afraid of the Vatican connection. Such thinking was involved in blaming certain factions centuries ago for the Gunpowder Plot in England and the period of great bloodshed with Oliver Cromwell.

4. The strongest justification for blowing out Kennedy's brains in an open car was that his his charm and language, he was causing a bad psychological view to sweep the great unwashed of America: that the era of the common man has arrived, a dangerous and seditious idea to those who rule by deceit and trickery while promising ordinary people a so-called "Bill of Rights". Some loudmouths proclaim a new "Bill of Rights" is needed to smash the "Bill of Wrongs". In federal courts, long-dominated from the early years of this nation by multi-millionaire banker-judges, the U.S. Constitution too often is a mirage and a dead letter. Americans of European lineage say, it is dangerous to bother the people from the high windows.

5. And there are and were some with Jewish surnames, not necessarily followers of Judaism, who believed and still believe. that no Kennedy should occupy the White House. They have put a "blood libel" on the entire Kennedy family: that "Founding Father" Joseph P.Kennedy was pro-Hitler as U.S. Ambassador to London up to 1940,and was viciously anti-Jewish. Using his London office, Ambassador Kennedy brokered a deal between Nazi chemical monopoly I.G. Farben and Rockefeller's Standard Oil of New Jersey. To share the profits of business and this deal was made actually THREE WEEKS AFTER THE ONSET OF WORLD WAR TWO in September, 1939. This unholy arrangement, which went on while ordinary people of U.S. and Germany killed each other, shared the profits by two supposed enemy corporate entities all during the conflict, done by fraudulently backdating the deal with Kennedy's help to several weeks BEFORE the Nazis attacked Poland. (See: "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" by Joseph Borkin.)

AND: some pointed to the fact that the Kennedy fortune was built, in part, with mobster aid, by Joe Kennedy supplying smuggled in booze into the U.S. all during Prohibition, done by Joe Kennedy on behalf of British royalty who wanted the profits from their Scottish brands of spirits. This was done through a little known French island in the mouth of the St. Lawrence Seaway. During the war, as shown by little mentioned court records, U.S. ships returning from war-time England after delivering weapons, brought back booze on behalf of Joseph P. Kennedy's liquor distribution network, Somerset Importers Ltd. At the time of the murder of President Kennedy, the Kennedy family booze distribution, Somerset, fell into other hands. Yet, the Kennedy's continued to profit from five out of every eight booze label goods distributed in the U.S. This was admitted to me, on tape, by a Somerset managerial official.

A thinly-disguised, so-called "fictional" movie of such happenings of an Irish patriarch with gangster and espionage links in conflict with his son the President, somehow causes the President to be murdered. The movie "Winter Kills" was suppressed from distribution in the U.S. by the Kennedys, according to a tape interview I did with a major movie producer who produced that film.

6. Further, some with quite an impressive list of apparently documented facts,want to blame JFK's murder on Israel. They point to the fact that Kennedy, as U.S. Senator in 1957, made statements opposing the aspirations of the then new State of Israel. And further, that Chicago gangsters, supposedly Jewish, aided the American CIA, in the Dallas murder. ["Final Judgment" by Michael Collins Piper.]

John F. Kennedy, Jr. grew up, well-educated, having some knowledge of this factual backdrop. He was aware that his uncle Edward Kennedy was nearly assassinated in the summer of 1964, in being one of the few survivors of a sabotaged plane crash. Teddy as a result wears a back brace. John-John as he is called is aware that his uncle Robert F. Kennedy opposed the CIA. In fact, in March, 1967, Bobby touched off a tremendous scandal wherein there were identified numerous foundations, set up by prominent families, as conduits and pass-through of CIA clandestine funds for covert projects. {Thereafter, I and my associates started an on-going, intensive project to find out how it worked and continues to work up to this date.]

John-John was aware, that although publicly agreeing with the "lone assassin" finding of the Warren Commission, uncle Bobby Kennedy secretly vowed, if elected President, he would bring to justice the high-level perpetrators of the Dallas murder. Bobby was himself assassinated in June, 1968, just after winning the important California presidential primary. Supposedly by a "lone assassin".

Like his father and two uncles, John F. Kennedy, Jr., intended to run for president. NOT WAY INTO THE FUTURE BUT IN THE 2000 election! It was supposed to be a deep, deep secret until about August 1, 1999. Like the tragedy with his uncle Bobby, John-John secretly vowed, if elected President, to bring the cabal that murdered his father to the gallows and a national firing squad, a punishment upon guilty verdict to be provided by a special tribunal set up for the purpose.

George Herbert Walker Bush heard about it through his cronies at CIA and vowed to stop John-John. By the way, a little known FBI document shows the elder Bush played some role in the cover up of the murder of JFK. Old man Bush's son, George W.-----could he win in 2000 against a non-scandal scarred John F. Kennedy, Jr.? On the other hand, the campaign camp of Presidential Candidate Albert Gore, Jr. is baffled. Would this tend to flatten out Gore's plans? The very few Democrats trusted to know, or somehow who knew, believed America's Golden Boy, would dispose of all opposition and take the Democrat Party to victory in 2000 and traditional Democrat Party values. After all, some consider CLinton a closet Republican by how he has damaged the Democrat Party.
The Vatican gave its blessings to John-John but promised to stay out of the picture so as not to trigger the traditional bigots in the U.S. John F. Kennedy, Jr., however, was toying with the idea of running as an independent, third party candidate, to deal with the anguish of many Americans unhappy with both political parties.

John-John was worried that the U.S. Secret Service could not and would not protect him. He rightfully believed that what is now called the U.S. Secret Service was complicit in the murder of President Abraham Lincoln. (See: "The Lincoln Conspiracy" by Balsiger.] They were complicit in the murders of President Garfield and McKinley as well as the murder of his father. For the good of the nation, he told his closest confidants, he would risk it. Like his father, he was ready to use his charm and language to give the idea that the era of the common man has arrived.

All this was snuffed out by the apparently ritual murder of John F. Kennedy, Jr., typical of the espionage assassins who do their bloody trick on anniversaries:

July 16, 1999: Anniversary of apparent missile shoot-down of TWO Flight 800, covered up by Bill Clinton in 1996 so as not to interfere with the Presidential election, this with the complicity of the FBI and the National Transportation Safety Board. Two days later is the anniversary of the frame-up of Teddy Kennedy, 1969, regarding Chappaquidick. John Jr.'s uncle Teddy was somehow trapped into getting blamed for the death of a "boiler room" women, Mary Jo Kopecne, one of a group of women keeping records on colored cards, at the 1960 Democratic Convention. Robert Kennedy in charge of the "boiler room" developed a system to indicate what convention delegates could be bought with sex or money and such, so as to make brother John the convention winner for sure. This date in 1989 was when the Vatican's giant soybean operation in the U.S. was destroyed by Archer-Daniels-Midland and Cargill with the aid of directors of the Chicago Board of Trade who bribed five Chicago federal judges to torpedo the aspirations of Ferruzzi, the Vatican's American company. {The confession of bribery by a Board of Trade director made to me and a witness is part of the undisputed federal court record.] More about this in Part Two. The ritual murder of John F. Kennedy, Jr. near the anniversary date of the Ferruzzi debacle, sends a message to would-be justice seekers. But the Vatican has not forgotten or forgiven what was done to their company by the unholy dealings.

And about this date in 1978, John D. Rockefeller 3rd was assassinated near the Rockefeller compound in upstate New York. I was the only reporter to make inquiry of possible foul play. AND about this date in 1996, Amschel Rothschild, about to be designated as the new head of the family worldwide fortune and empire, was assassinated in Paris and written off as a suicide but the Paris police say it was not suicide.

The Plot Against Albert Gore, Jr, and John F. Kennedy, Jr.

History will probably record that there were two important Fridays in July, 1999. Here are some details necessary to understand the subject matter:

1. Not widely understood by many, the former U.S. President George Herbert Walker Bush has been closely aligned in espionage and finance with William Rockefeller Clinton. In other articles, I havve raised the issue that Clinton is the illegitimate great grandson of John D. Rockefeller, founder of what some call the infamous Standard Oil Trust.

From time to time, Clinton has visited at George's compound in Kennebunkport, Maine.

The two of them, jointly with Ollie North, were instrumental in the CIA's operations in the southern states. Such as, guns to the Contras in Nicaragua, and return flights of dope and other contraband through CIA's operations at the small airport in western Arkansas, at Mena.

The ethnic Chinese, the Riady family, reportedly bought the tiny First National Bank of Mena, for the purpose s of laundering the proceeds from the dope traffic up through the markets in Chicago. A transit point was reportedly Garfield Ridge Trust & Savings Bank, a small closely held enterprise owned by apparent criminals in the Bankruptcy Court rackets in Chicago, jointly with Cong. Dan Rostenkowski and one of Hillary Clinton's brothers. Now a defrocked lawmaker and ex-convict, Rosty as he is called was instrumental in doing tax-evasion favors for the money laundry underworld in the Chicago markets as well as part of the aid to Bill, George, and Ollie. According to published accounts, two of Rosty's daughters have been well-paid employes on the Chicago exchanges but reportedly seldom seen on duty there.

Few have raised the questions: Their great fortune reportedly based on worldwide dope traffic and such, big banking through their Lippo Group, why did the Riadys buy a tiny bank in forested western Arkansas?

2. Joining this operation in 1991 was Chicagoan RAHM EMANUEL, an adjunct to covert operations of the American CIA. Trained in espionage and bloody tricks reportedly in Israel, Rahm was no stranger to political assassinations. His father was ostensibly part of the team that assassinated in 1948, UN Advisor from Sweden, Count Bernadotte, in the Palestine Partition controvery that led up to the formation of the State of Israel. Rahm moved to Arkansas for the 1992 Presidential election. He was reputedly an expert in raising campaign funds by extortion and blackmail. He helped jump-start Clinton's presidential campaign with 3 millions dollars that Rahm quickly obtained from a corrupt deal. Calling him a fixer, the Chicago Tribune refers in their Sunday Magazine 11/23/97, page 34 to the three million dollars without calling it as it was, corrupt. This was linked by our documents and research as follows: 58.4 million dollars was parked by a federal agency with Household International and Household Bank. The operation was the successor and alter ego of the defunct CIA proprietary, Nugan Hand Bank. [As to Nugan Hand and CIA, see: "The Crimes of Patriots" by Jonathan Kwitny.] General counsel of Nugan Hand was former Director of Central Intelligence William Colby, also having the same position, unlisted, with Household. Many related details and operations led to the murder of Colby in 1996 disguised as a "boating accident". Colby was assisting a small group of admirals and generals, which I have written about exclusively that have vainly sought since 1995, under the Military Code, to arrest Commander-in-Chief Clinto for treason with the Red Chinese.

The funds were parked to make good the long pending claims of Chicago-area caulking contractor, Joseph Andreuccetti, that a group of banks had swindled him out of many millions of dollars, offenses linked to the Clintons. Of this, a mysterious 50 million dollars was secretly transferred to Little Rock, to cover up a 47 million dollar embezzlement of Madison Guaranty S & L, for which the Clintons could be federally criminally prosecuted and imprisoned. Congressman Dan Burton [R.,Ind.] refers to this 50 million dollar mystery and said Bill Clinton sent the money out of the U.S. to a known dope money laundry center in the Caribbean. [Congressional Record, 5/29/96, pages H-5627-28.] Forty seven million of the loot was needed to cover up the embezzlement, the 3 million dollar difference was reportedly latched onto by Rahm Emanuel to start Clinton's presidential campaign.

Assisting in these transactions with concealed accounts was Harris Bank of Chicago,, a unit now of Bank of Montreal, owned jointly by whiskey-soaked Bronfman family with original Harris Bank owner Peter Fitzgerald, now U.S. Senator from Illinois. The Bronfmans were the successors, starting early in the 1930s, to the Kennedy family booze smuggling business of the 1920s,and early 1930s, called "Prohibition Era", under the U.S. Constitution, 18th Amendment, later repealed.

3. EVENTS LEADING UP TO JULY 9, 1999. Albert Gore, Jr.'s presidential campaign honchoes quietly asked John F. Kennedy, Jr., whether he would be a Vice Presidential candidate on the year 2000 ticket. Kennedy reportedly answered that he originally thought to enter the race, in opposition to Hillary Clinton, for U.S. Senator from New York. But, instead he reportedly informed them that he intended on or about August 1, 1999 to announce that he would run for President, either as a traditional Democrat or, in view of the public mistrust of both Establishment parties, as an Independent on a Third Party ticket. Kennedy urged that the matter be kept as it had been up to that point, as a closely guarded secret. Despite that, finding out about this was George Herbert Walker Bush, former Director of Central Intelligence with vast links to CIA's bloody tricks department. The former President quickly understood that John, Jr.'s plans would flatten out the chances of Presidential hopeful Bush son, George W., now Texas governor.

4. Caroline Kennedy, only other child of Jacqueline Bouvier Auchincloss Kennedy Onassis, found out about her brother's plans to run for President instead of U.S. Senate. She insisted that other members of the Kennedy family impress upon brother John, Jr. the danger of a Kennedy running for the high post of President. Caroline believed that her father, John F. Kennedy, was assassinated by a high-level cabal as was her uncle Robert F. Kennedy. Further, she understood that uncle Edward Kennedy was one of the few survivors of a June, 1964 assassination attempt by way of a sabotaged plane crash.Like her mother, Caroline did not trust the U.S. Secret Service to protect her brother as a would-be presidential candidate. Jackie had married Onassis to be out of the country with her children protected by the ship tycoon swindler's private army in or near Greece, In 1975, Onassis's son Alexander invited his father to go for a ride with the son's airplane. The once pro-Hitler ship boss declined.A few minutes later, the son died in a plane crash. Some of the controls were sabotaged to take the plane down instead of up. [Sound familiar?]

5. Presidential candidate Albert Gore, Jr., could not be counted on to whitewash dirty tricks by the American CIA. As U.S. Senator, he sat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, and often angered and embarrassed the spy agency community with his demands for data and for answers to his critical questions. They tried to counter him by muttering that his father, Albert Gore, Sr., was a reputed Communist-sympathizer close in business with Armand Hammer, Occidental Petroleum boss, with an office in Red Square, Moscow. Just about the time of the 1996 election, to try to counter Gore, the spy agencies reportedly instigated a book by Edward Epstein about Hammer, outlining the elder Gore's reputed Communist leanings.

6. On July 9, 1999, Air Force Two, with Gore onboard, was flying over the Chicago-area air corridor. Somehow, two or more other planes were vectored, by FAA Air Traffic Control from the suburb of Aurora, that is, directed directly into a path to crash into Gore's plane reportedly. Only one major newspaper, the Chicago Sun-Times, in its print version, not internet version, ran a story about the strange event, delaying the story until July 14, 1999. [A previous article by me on Internet has also dealt with this, 7/15/99.] The newspaper item could have been used to blackmail various folks, such as the Clinton White House, the Pentagon, and others. For you see, among the major owners reportedly of the Sun-Times, are Red Chinese and ethnic Chinese, reportedly implicated in the apparent stealing of U.S. industrial, financial, and MILITARY secrets, with the connivance of Bill Clinton. The FAA could not explain the event.

Sources at the Sun-Times and the FAA confirm there were actually THREE airplanes vectored to Gore's plane. Aviation experts contend two or more such planes thus vectored would have to be intentional. The U.S. Secret Service reportedly did not have, as required, their people on duty at the Air Traffic Control Center while the Gore plane was passing over the Chicago-area.

7. A few days after July 9, 1999, Admiral Engen, former top official of FAA and a known expert on Air Traffic Control was apparently assassinated, when his power glider disintegrated in the air. He was one of several dozen admirals and generals, not identified by me while they were alive, who were the subject of my exclusive stories about how they sought to arrest Commander-in-Chief Clinton, as authorized by the Military Code for his treasonous activities with the Red Chinese and others. These flag officers vowed, to arrest Clinton for treason with sworn enemies of the United States, a charge they had documents to prove. If arrested by Bill for mutiny, if they survived and were not murdered, they were prepared to defend themselves at Courts Martial with their proof of Clinton's treachery. 8. A preliminary explanation of the disappearance of John F. Kennedy, Jr.'s plane revolves around mostly foul play. And very possibly, according to counter-terrorist sources, a should-mount missile. Of course, more facts have to be developed regarding Friday, July 16, 1999, to be sure of foul play. The disappearance apparently of weather radar reports is one item, regarding the time and place of where the plane was supposed to be. Were there satelitte images kept? In March, 1998, Daniel Potter, a key official at the super-secret National Reconnaissance Office, NRO, in charge of the satellites, was murdered, an unsolved crime. He reportedly had images showing Clinton White House aide Vincent W. Foster, Jr.'s dead body was moved from near the White House to Fort Marcy Park, Virginia, contradicting the official government big lie.

9. Reportedly blaming other members of the Kennedy family, for not stopping John, Jr. from embarking on a certain Death Warrant by a high-level cabal, a Kennedy running for President, Caroline Kennedy apparently does not wish to join the mourners at the Kennedy compound at Hyannisport.

GEORGE HERBERT WALKER BUSH, and his son, presidential hopeful, GEORGE W. BUSH, who stood to benefit from clearing off the presidential campaign field by the apparently sought-after political assasination of Albert Gore, Jr., a presidential hopeful, and John F. Kennedy, Jr., another Presidential hopeful, son of an assassinated president and vowing, in his heart of hearts, to avenge the death of his struck down family members.

TOP OFFICIALS of the FBI and the NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SAFETY BOARD, as to disregarding and concealing credible witnesses that an apparent missile was seen streaking up to the plane of John, Jr., as was a missile seen streaking up to TWA Flight 800 on the same exact date, three years previous.

You can expect the monopoly press, as ever, to go along with the big lie of what happened to America's Golden Boy.

You know, the odd thing is that I didn't vote for Clinton and instead voted for the Republican candidate, Dole because I had bad vibes about Clinton. Though I think he did a lot for the American people by balancing the budget and creating more jobs than any president in history in his terms, I have always had bad vibes about him. Lately I am beginning to understand why.

Sherman Skolnick, who spearheaded the investigation into the largest judicial bribery scandal in U.S. history in 1969, is now back again to finger crooked judges on the U.S. Supreme Court. Saying the Bush administration wants him arrested as a domestic terrorist, Skolnick claims Bush and his cronies are in hot water involving the Chicago grand jury investigation headed by Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.

(Editor's Note: The following story appeared in the Arctic Beacon on Aug. 10 2005. It is reprinted in honor of Sherman H. Skolnick, a true American patriot, who was laid to rest Wednesday in his hometown of Chicago.)

Some people say Sherman Skolnick has gone over the edge more than once during his 46 year career of investigating judicial bribery, mafia payoffs, CIA hit squads, pedophilia in the Bush administration and whatever else falls on the table in his self-imposed quest to keep the corrupt honest.

And some people say Skolnick is falling over the cliff once again with his recent article, pinning indictments on Bush and his cronies based on what he calls credible sources, telling him they have been nabbed for perjury and obstruction of justice in the Chicago grand jury investigation about the Valerie Plame-CIA leak case.

"I knew I would be called a liar for this one, but it won't be the first time or the last," said the tough talking investigator, nicknamed the "judge buster," from his home on Chicago's south side, a place he has called home for the last 54 years.

And, in the face of adversity and doubt, Skolnick would be the first to crack a smile and scoff at his detractors, saying "it goes with the territory" since dealing with dark, back alley payoff type stories brings dark, back alley comments about most anything he writes and investigates.

But, on the bright side, there are many others who know his work well, swearing on a stack of holy bibles about Skolnick's analytical approach, incredible energy and a 40 year data base of sources he uses in order to finger the bad guys who are swimming like sharks and feeding off the people's money.

And to those who know the 'judge buster" even better, know him as a friend or colleague, he is considered nothing less than a national treasure and a man who will stop at nothing to find out the truth, even if it means stripping the robes off the country's most powerful and corrupt judges, even if it means taking on the Bush administration right square in the belly where it hurts with accusations of homosexuality and pedophilia running rampant right in the halls of the White House.

In this shady world of backroom deals, syndicate payoffs, and well-oiled corruption, Skolnick has somehow over the years found his place, a place on the outside looking in, a place where he is always staring in very closely with a watchful eye and a finely tuned ear able to spot a crooked judge or a politician as quick as a dog can sniff out a bone.

It would take several book volumes to detail all the investigations Skolnick has been involved in and all the judges and crooked politicians he's been responsible for putting behind bars since the early 1960's. But like any good baseball hitter, only as good as his last at bat, Skolnick prefers to talk about his last investigation first, working his way back to when he was a young man in Chicago who represented his parents before the Illinois Supreme Court for being bilked by a shady broker for $7,000, the family's entire life savings.

Besides breaking the story about the Bush indictments by the Chicago grand jury last week, Skolnick is in the midst of a five-year investigation of corruption within the U.S. Supreme Court regarding Bush v. Gore and the 2000 election. He said he initiated his investigation over what he calls a ruling that is a travesty of justice and a demonstration of corruption at the highest level of the judiciary.

But before rolling up his sleeves and putting on his gloves to fight the likes of Chief Justice William Rehnquist and Justice Antonin Scalia, who he calls the "go to hell' judge, Skolnick took time out to recall the his parent's struggle with the Illinois Supreme Court, the case that got Skolnick started along time ago in the tireless and often-times thankless business of uncovering corruption among the rich and powerful.

"I trained myself in the law," recalls Skolnick, who prepared all the legal documents and arguments every legal step of the way, the case ending up in the state's high court. "I told the judge right there in open court if my parents were not treated fairly, I would one day come back and put every one of the crooked judges on the high court in jail where they belonged.

"And that's what I did when they came down with their crooked decision against my parents. Honest judges are th.e most endangered species in our country and one rule of thumb I have used over the years is to look for a the closest bank near the courthouse to find the black-robed criminals.

"It's not in the back alleys with a bag of money where the judges are bribed. It's usually right in the bank owned by the judges, a bank owned also by underworld and criminal types. This is where the bribing goes on and where all the dirty money is transferred.

"Not all the judges are corrupt, mind you, there are some good ones. And I would also like to say that I am always fair with who I am accusing. In fact, when I have the goods on let's say a corrupt politician or judge, I usually tell them what I have and that if they come clean to the public, admitting what they did, I'll put in a good word to the DA in order that he go a little easier on him.

"But in all the years, not one of them took me up on the offer. I remember telling that in the hallway in a Chicago courthouse to former Illinois Governor and U.S. Appeals Court Judge Otto Kerner, who went to jail when I found out he took bribes involving horseracing cases"

Skolnick In 1969 Uncovers Biggest Judicial Bribery Scandal In U.S. History

After promising his parents and vowing to come back to investigate the wrongdoings on the Illinois Supreme Court, Skolnick made good on his word, creating a public judicial watchdog group called the "Citizens' Committee To Clean Up The Courts" in an effort to stamp out corruption.
Setting his investigative sights on his own home turf first, Skolnick uncovered unknown documents in the basement of a Cook County building, showing and eventually proving that two Illinois Supreme Court Justices took bribes from a banker and former chief tax collector of Illinois, Theodore Isaacs, to wipe out criminal charges against him.

In August of 1969, Time Magazine featured a story about Skolnick and the Illinois case, the largest judicial bribery scandal in the country, a scandal that eventually put the former director of the Illinois Department of Revenue in jail along with one of his accomplices, a sitting federal appeals court judge

Besides catapulting Skolnick into the national limelight, the case also began a lasting relationship with U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, who was then acting as special counsel to the commission investigating the corrupt judges.

Stevens' work on the commission also catapulted him into the public eye, beginning his rise to fame in the U.S. Supreme Court. In fact, Skolnick still keeps in touch with Stevens, calling him an honorable and honest man, who also wrote the introduction to Skolnick's most recent book titled "Ahead of the Parade," which in part looks at the lives of three honest high-level judges who were banished from the bench and then terrorized for, of all things, making honest and fair decisions.

"This one particular judge in my book was a chief judge in the federal courts who made a decision against a major oil company," said Skolnick, adding that he learned through investigating the judge's story about a secret judicial tribunal where judges who try to buck the system are dealt with in an underhanded and mafia-like manner.

"I get a call from the judge one day and he says, 'Sherman, you can't believe what's happened? My brother in law who is a lawyer was just disbarred and then one day I came into my office, an office under tight security, and everything was gone. I mean everything. Including my files, my file cabinets, everything cleaned out!'"

Skolnick's book goes on to talk about other honest judges with similar stories, one having his court room taken over by mafia figures and another quitting the bench and relocating thousands of miles away after ruling against the president of a state bar association caught with perjured affidavits in a million dollar probate case

"This other judge calls me and tells me that his court has been taken over by the mafia, but when he goes to the FBI to investigate, agents instead begin to investigate the judge and not the mafia. After having his family threatened, the judge finally resigned," said Skolnick, adding that these examples prove his point about honest judges being the most endangered species in America.

Skolnick Uncovers A Nationwide Network Of Secret Judicial Tribunals

Taking on the corrupt judicial system like a bull in a china shop with no qualms about leaving a dirty mess in his wake, Skolnick claims few people in and out of the law trade even know or understand the inner workings of this secret judicial group.

Skolnick claims the tribunals are organized with one being formed in each of the federal judicial circuits but all acting above the law, leaving no public records regarding the course, scope, direction and outcome of any decisions being made.

"In Chicago, for example, they are the Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit, involving the federal courts of Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Each Judge on the U.S. Supreme Court actually wears two hats. First, they are, of course, a justice on the high court. Secondly, they are the supervising Circuit Justice of one or more of the federal court circuits. They are more or less the "orchestra leader" of the secret tribunals, apparently operating outside the regular court system, known as Judicial Council," instructs Skolnick about the corruption within a purportedly honest justice system.

"I have been a court reformer more than forty six years. For more than forty years, I have been the Founder/Chairman of a court-reform group, Citizen's Committee to Clean Up the Courts. Among other things, through volunteer associates and investigators worldwide, we compile data on financial and espionage matters. Why? Because we are about the only ones who use the label Banker-Judge to describe important judges who are interwoven with the financial system and aristocracy, and some, who are entangled with the espionage cartel, the American CIA, and other spook agencies."

Talking about an ongoing investigation into corruption in the judiciary and the Coca-Cola Co., Skolnick wrote in a series of articles titled "Coca-Cola, The CIA and the Courts" about the use of the secret tribunals and its relationship to the rampant corruption involving an unholy triumvirate of corporate America, spook agencies and the judiciary.

"I seem to be one of the few who understands something about this secret Gestapo, the Judicial Council. They operate beyond the Bill of Rights," said Skolnick. "Some years ago I confronted the dictators operating as the Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit, in Chicago, Illinois. My detailed court papers, setting forth their crimes, completely disappeared from the U.S. Supreme Court officially listed as Sherman H. Skolnick, petitioner versus Judicial Council of the Seventh Circuit, respondents.

"Our group did much of the investigations and research that on September 22, 2003, was filed as Motion to Investigate Fraud Upon the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Perpetrated by the Judges Themselves. As shown in the detailed document, among other things, I was a key sworn witness in the matter.

"I obtained the confession of a local attorney who was apparently a spy in the camp of the one who sued Coca-Cola. He admitted his sister was "media buyer for Coca-Cola". Among the details was the matter of cocaine, a by-product of the massive processing in the U.S. of coca leaves for the secret base of Coca-Cola. Some of the cocaine in the U.S. actually is not smuggled in but is created within the U.S. There is "leakage" into non-legal channels of cocaine and implicated in the same has been George Herbert Walker Bush, a director of a pharmaceutical firm, and a federal appeals judge, later chief Judge, installed on the bench by Bush in Chicago.

"There has been a Coca-Cola connection to bribery of judges and espionage, as stated in the court papers. For example, this was the route for corrupting at least two U.S. Supreme Court Judges of the 5-Judge majority that arbitrarily installed George W. Bush as the occupant and resident of the White House. Some call it the infamous Bush versus Gore litigation."

Skolnick Investigates Bribery And Malign Influences To Obtain A Five-Judge Majority On The U.S. Supreme Court To Install Bush As President In 2000

Once Bush was installed and appointed President by a narrow five to four decision, Skolnick began taking a lose look at the dealings of the court. For five years he has been compiling data in what he calls "an arbitrary and corrupt ruling," adding a "fictitious President has been put in the Oval Office."

Skolnick notes that his longtime friend, Justice Stevens, issued one of the most blistering dissenting opinions ever made by a high court judge while another dissenter, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, deleted certain "choice revealing matters" after being subjected to what amounted to threats by some of the five majority justices.

Without even blinking an eye, Skolnick claims four of the five who authored the Bush majority are sitting on the bench in direct violation of federal law for conflict of interest and mandatory annual judicial income disclosures related to ties with major corporations, whose litigation is ruled upon by the judges without disqualifying themselves.

"The kingpin of the infamous five was Judge Antonin Scalia. He and three judges in the federal appeals court in Chicago, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, one step below the high court in Washington, three were professors together and one was law school dean at Rockefeller's University of Chicago Law School," said Skolnick about the similar judicial and educational past of present-day members of the Supreme Court.

"These four Rockefeller judges, while on the bench, continue to represent the several billion dollar investment portfolio of Rockefeller's University of Chicago. Included are stocks of major corporations whose litigation is ruled upon by these judges who do not disqualify themselves. Further, by failing to reveal this, these judges violate a federal law requiring a mandatory annual judicial disclosure of income which these judges sign subject to the penalties of perjury.

Moving to some of the dirty particulars behind the scenes of the Bush v. Gore decision, Skolnick added:

"Particularly arrogant is Judge Scalia. In the law trade he is known as a "go to hell judge". In December, 2000, presenting the position of George W. Bush in the high court case of Bush versus Gore, was Theodore B. Olson, at the time, a private law partner of Eugene Scalia, son of Judge Scalia. Some contend Olson is a "court bagman" in Washington and in the Federal Courthouse in Chicago.

"After George W. Bush was thus installed, Olson was made the Solicitor General. In that capacity, he perverted an intellectual property case in the High Court which benefited Mickey Mouse---Disney---by extending their copyright 75 years, worth many billions of dollars. And funds from Disney and Coca-Cola were involved in corrupting the unholy five on the high court."

Going even deeper into the web of corruption and influence peddling involved in the Bush v. Gore decision, Skolnick draws attention to some mysterious circumstances involving Olson and his estranged wife, Barbara Olson, allegedly killed on one of the four doomed 9/11 flights.

"In the 9-11 matter, there is a serious controversy whether Olson's estranged wife Barbara, with whom he apparently had not spoken to for some time, actually spoke from a supposed hi-jacked plane directly to Theodore B. Olson. Was it actually a conversation with a call center operator? Was the American CIA involved? Some think so," wrote Skolnick in a recent article on the subject.

"Some continue to aver that Barbara Olson did not perish and has a plastic surgeon new face and a wig. And. moreover, that she is parked in seclusion in an Embassy in Sweden. If so, her emergence some day would pulverize the fake story of 9-11 "Moslem terrorists" like the internal planted explosives that took down the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center."

In the Coca-Cola reports, Skolnick claims he has documented solid evidence how Homeland Security and the FBI run a separate warehouse near the Supreme Court where documents are secretly stored. In one case, Skolnick recently sent a box of incriminating documents by registered mail to one of the dissenting Supreme Court judges that never made it to its destination.

"Also, risking their future career, some of the law clerks of the dissenting four judges in Bush versus Gore reportedly stole private secret records of the infamous five showing the malign influence worked on the Judges in installing Bush. Instead of investigating the five high court judicial criminals, Homeland Security and the FBI have been threatening and inflicting harm on the dissenting four judges and their brave law clerks."

Skolnick Investigates Bush Indictments Of The Chicago Grand Jury Assembled In 2003 To Investigate The Valerie Plame-CIA Leak

Skolnick recently stuck his neck out again with a story saying perjury and obstruction of justice indictments have been vote out by the grand jury in a host of related wrongdoings by Bush and his cronies in a spill over of the Valerie Plame investigation, spearheaded by Chicago U.S. Federal Attorney and Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.

Skolnick claims a 'true bill' has been voted by the grand jury, indicting Bush and others as well as naming Justice Scalia and justice Rehnquist as un-indicted co-conspirators, adding the indictments have been suppressed from the public due to the sensitivity of issues involved, similar to way indictments against Richard Nixon were suppressed during Watergate.

Skolnick also reported last week that the situation has become so serious that his longtime friend Justice Stevens arrived in Chicago to try and work out a deal in the country's best interests, considering the gravity and sensitivity of a sitting President being indicted.

Stevens is in town to try and arbitrate a solution," said Skolnick. "One or more of the grand juries have concluded their probe and have voted True Bills, Federal Criminal indictments, against George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, "Scooter" Libby, Condoleeza Rice, and Theodore B. Olson; and several media people not previously mentioned in the monopoly press as implicated,"

For His Pioneering Judicial Reform Efforts, How Has The Establishment Reacted To Skolnick?

During his long career of throwing crooked lawyers and judges in jail, Skolnick has been sent to jail himself eight times for contempt of court, each time the judge who put him behind bars eventually spending time in jail himself.

"That's a record I an extremely proud to have," said Skolnick, adding authorities at times found it hard to fit his wheel chair in a squad car since Skolnick has been handicapped since childhood.

Besides being found in contempt of court, Skolnick is also officially barred from attending federal court proceedings in his home state of Illinois as well as neighboring Indiana and Wisconsin, even after trying to legally protect his civil rights through what he a calls a "CIA corrupted American Civil Liberties Union."

And regarding his latest investigations into Bush v. Gore, the grand jury indictments and the pedophilia ring connected to the White House, Skolnick said he along with his journalistic internet partner, Lenny Bloom, who together run www.cloakanddagger.de have been officially put on Bush's hit list

"I heard that Chief of Staff, Andrew Card, called me a domestic terrorist and Bush wants me and Lenny, a Canadian citizen living in Toronto , arrested," said Skolnick, adding he heard Bush claiming he didn't even care about the legal stumbling blocks of incarcerating a Canadian without having proper legal jurisdiction.

"It's ridiculous, but recent federal court decisions, one even handed down in a federal appeals court by the new Supreme Court nominee, John Roberts, gives Bush unlimited Gestapo-like power when it comes to domestic terrorism. In short, I think Bush is a megalomaniac and extremely dangerous to this country."
