At first I was shocked. And then I suppose I was slightly flattered that I'd been 'wanted.' And then I read it again and I must confess I felt disappointed, hurt and slightly disgusted. Because if my ability to be friendly and polite with people (even if I don't see eye to eye with them on every belief both political and spiritual) means my exclusion from a place where there were people whom I considered friends, (or 'Kindreds' to coin a phrase) and felt I'd found a certain 'unity' with... well then perhaps I'd rather not be included after all.

As for my being perceived as a possible danger to people's privacy... well that hurt. Ironically enough, I never received the email as I'd changed email addresses so there was no threat from me - 'no evil' to fear.

Lotus had done some tarot readings for me (and a great many others) in the past and I don't forget kindness. I may not agree with you on a lot of things and sometimes I'll admit Lotus, I find your behaviour rude and unnecessarily inflammatory, however I'm not about to be rude to you simply for the sake of it. I don't bite unless bitten first.

I haven't forgotten the kindness and friendship shown to me by those very people who discussed my pending invitation to KS also - you've all been lovely to me and I still value your kindness and friendship. I simply feel a little hurt and let down that you would see my civility and friendliness with someone you dislike as a danger to your own privacy or as a kind of barrier.

Sorry to drag all this up once again but I felt I needed to get that out of my system. I just felt it belonged here, and should indeed be laid to rest here in an area entitled 'Global Unity'... in the hope that that's what we can try to find on this forum, instead of all the conflict which was one of the reasons I stopped coming to this area in the first place.

I owe you an apology for that comment, and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. At the time (last December) several of the people at KS were VERY touchy about lotus, and KS was established as a lotus-free zone. I thought I had jeopardized that and got myself stuck between a rock and a hard place with my bad judgement call. I'm sorry, S.

When you post your little spiritual "truths", they're just mindless cliches...coming from you. You know why nobody wants what you're selling? It's not the message, lotus - it's the messenger and the delivery. You come across like you think you're the Blessed Mother Mary...and then you turn around and tell someone that they're DUM. Or a wh0re . Or evil. Yeah - you're so evolved. Don't you SEE how obviously arrogant you are? Don't you realize that your arrogance and judgments speak the real TRUTH about your level of spirituality? A truly spiritual person is not freaking conceited about it lotus. The fact that you don't know that reveals the real truth about what level YOU'RE at, and I have to say, you're not prophet material. So, you should get that delusion out your head. TODAY.

I too have had readings from Lotus and like you appreciate the help she has given me in the past. Although I choose not to interact with her now, I also, like you, do not forget a kindness.

And also I too dont see the point in fuelling the fire as I know this will only make matters worse for myself and others....

Lotus I really didn't mean for this to become another thread in which it's you against the world. I can totally understand that you must feel hurt and victimised at the moment and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I meant what I said in that I'm very grateful for all the time you took to give me readings. I just feel that it's conceited to keep telling people to 'go within' and to imply that you are the only one who does this effectively to find 'The Truth.'

We all have our own individual truths and as such, yours is valid to you, mine to me and so on and so on. You can't prescribe someone else's spiritual development or awakening as you're not on the same path as them. It doesn't make them or you wrong; it just makes for a more interesting and diverse time of things.

You do have a tendancy to place yourself in the role of the 'Oh so wise teacher,' critiscising and chastising us all for what you perceive to be "not accepting The Truth" and it has the effect of offending people because as Lioneye says, our individual spirituality is a very personal thing. At the end of the day Lotus, I feel it might be everyone else's truth that you perhaps can't accept. You end your posts with 'LOve and Light' invariably and that's a lovely sentiment - possibly the best way to show someone Love or Light is to understand them and just let them be. To let them get on with their path and just accept it might be different to yours. That said, I'll leave you to yours and respect your right to your beliefs.

Yes I agree, I think that some have stepped on other's toes here, but I also would like to believe that we can learn from our mistakes and be pointed out to a little bit of guidance to help each other out and to say, "Hey, what your saying to me hurt me so, can you please stop? I'm asking nicely here, thank you." and that's that.

Their is just too much war going on in the world today...
