Topic: ALL IN FAVOUR OF PEACE IN GU....HELP!

it is a request to everyone in GU to please cool down the heat in GU and let the people stand out from the crowd who still keep favouring these arguments.. All in favour pls reply, comment, advise... do anything to cool the flames down, GU wasnt like this before.. pls get it back to normal..  i had to write this post..
the BEST that could happen is a bit of understanding to improve the situation here..
and the WORST that could happen is 'me being fired at again!!'.. if u are already stuck in an argument in GU pls post here and promise not to be a part of these arguments again...
ur cooperation is needed.. pls help out..

Perhaps you need to understand that sometimes disruption is needed in order for change to happen..Karma is also involved with all these individuals..at least it usually stays in Global Unity..Everything happens for a reason..and if you are paying attention..you see the ones that learn and grow..and become more respectful and understanding..Mastering their emotions..

Most of the people who post on here are very passionate people. I believe the majority have good intentions and are concerned about what's going on in the world and want to make a difference. Willingness to tackle "hot" issues and stand up for what one believes in is admirable. What major changes for the good (such as civil rights) have come about without shaking things up?
I believe, and this is just my opinion, that society as a whole is going through some "growing pains". We (all of us) are feeling uncomfortable with governments and religions that oppress and wars that claim innocent lives. Wouldn't we all like to live in peace? We just have different opinions on how to get there. 
I have seen wisdom and compassion from most people who post. People are just so passionate about their viewpoints that they lash out in frustration when they can't get others to see their point of view. The middle east isn't the only place we need a cease-fire........ we could use one here too.IP: Logged |

I second that motion...You wont believe how surprised I was (discovered GU today) that there are SO many political arguments going on in here with people insulting each other constantly rather than calmly trying to think of a better solution. I know we sit here venting our anger at each other but thats what goes on in the world anyways. I wish we could all just calm down and if not just agree to disagree.
