The only conclusion any reasonable person could draw from these actual bills democrats introduced is that democrats suffer from a mental defect.

The Democrat Agenda?

In light of ongoing Democrat criticisms of the Republican legislative agenda, the following is an abridged list of actual bills that have been introduced by House Democrats this or last year.

Justice for the Unprotected against Sexually Transmitted Infections among the Confined and Exposed Act (JUSTICE) Act (Lee, D-CA)—H.R. 6083. Requires community organizations to be allowed to distribute sexual barrier protection devices (e.g. condoms) in federal prisons. Also prohibits a federal prison from taking adverse action against a prisoner who possesses or uses a sexual barrier protection device.

Crack-Cocaine Equitable Sentencing Act (Rangel, D-NY)—H.R. 2456. Eliminates the mandatory minimum sentence for crack-cocaine convictions.

Tupac Shakur Records Release Act of 2006 (McKinney, D-GA)—H.R. 4968. Enshrines copies of government records concerning rapper Tupac Shakur in a specially created collection at the National Archives.

Gas Stamp Act (McDermott, D-WA)—H.R. 3712. Creates billions of dollars in gas stamps each year for people to get free gas, to be distributed to those already eligible for food stamps.

States’ Rights to Medical Marijuana Act (Frank, D-MA)—H.R. 2087. Allows physicians in states with medical marijuana laws to prescribe marijuana without violating federal law.

Ex-Offenders Voting Rights Act (Rangel, D-NY)—H.R. 663. Allows those convicts who are just out of prison to vote.

Department of Peace and Nonviolence Act (Kucinich, D-OH)—H.R. 3760. Establishes a U.S. Department of Peace and Nonviolence, as well as a Peace Day. The department would promote “human rights,” international conflict prevention, nonviolent intervention, structured mediation, and peaceful conflict resolution.

National Health Insurance Act (Dingell, D-MI)—H.R. 15. Institutes a new 5% value-added tax on property and services and creates a board to oversee payment to any individual for medical services not covered by Medicare.

Freedom of Choice Act (Nadler, D-NY)—H.R. 5151. Creates a right to unrestricted pre-viability abortions, and late terms abortions for the life and health of the mother.

End the War in Iraq Act (McGovern, D-MA)—H.R. 4232. Defunds the War in Iraq, forcing immediate troop withdrawal.

Public Interest Lawyer Assistance Relief Act (Andrews, D-NJ)—H.R. 1753. Forgives the law school debt for attorneys working for a tax-exempt organization or the government.

A Living Wage, Jobs for All Act (Lee, D-CA)—H.R. 1050. Builds on and strengthens FDR’s “Economic Bill of Rights,” creating rights to “decent” jobs, income for individuals unable to work, a “decent” living for farmers, freedom from monopolies, “decent” housing, “adequate” health care, Social Security, education, work training, collective bargaining, a safe working environment, information on trends in pollution sources and products and processes that affect the well-being of workers throughout the world, voting, and personal security. The bill also requires the Attorney General to create a registry of all corporations convicted of violating state or federal law.

Social Security Forever Act (Wexler, D-FL)—H.R. 2472. Imposes a new income tax on workers, employers, and self-employed businessmen to fund Social Security.

So, who are those leftist politicians who are desperately attempting to spin themselves as moderates or even conservatives?

To judge the agenda so far put forth by these radicals one would think they are escapees from mental institutions. Perhaps that's who passes for moderate these days on the far radical leftist fringe.

Others in Congress are just as radical, just as far left and have just as radical an agenda for America...if only they can lie their way into power in November.

Imagine having an impeached judge...impeached for taking bribes from the bench...for head of a major House Committee.

Imagine having members of the communist progressive caucus hold the gavel of chairmanship of important House Committees.

Imagine having a member of the communist progressive caucus as Speaker of the House.

That's the power structure leftists are gearing up for and that's the reason the democrat party is keeping most of those people under wraps. You aren't hearing much from them in the months before the election. The leftist press is in the vanguard making the accusations against the Republicans. God forbid American voters were to discover the roots of the extremists in the radical fringe leftist democrat party.

God forbid American voters ever found out exactly who and what George Soros really is and what his agenda is for America...which is exactly the same agenda as leftist radical democrats. George Soros is the moneybags who is behind many of them.

It's time to rip their political masks off so America can take a good hard look at them.

The Masks of Politicians
Lowell Ponte
Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006

The "religious holiday" closest to our national elections is Halloween. America's founders apparently understood that politicians seek power by wearing masks and playing trick-or-treat with voters.

In most states where Democrats have the best prospect of snatching Senate seats from Republicans – Virginia, Montana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee – the Democratic candidates are running as moderates, or even as outright conservatives.

How about some truth in labeling? Rep. Harold Ford Jr. has many moderate tendencies and personally likeable qualities, but his first act as an elected Senator from Tennessee would be to vote into power Democratic leaders such as Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts who are far to Ford's left.

A vote for such "moderates" is, in reality, a vote to empower the radical left in the United States Senate and House of Representatives.

Nancy Pelosi, a triumph of the taxidermist art, is literally a "San Francisco Democrat" and, like Senate candidate Sherrod Brown in Ohio, a member of the socialist-aligned "Progressive Caucus" in the House. If Democrats win a majority in the House of Representatives this November, minority leader Pelosi is likely to become the first female Speaker of the House.

But knowing that it would damage her party's national election prospects if Americans saw this extreme left-liberal as the face of Democratic power, Ms. Pelosi has remained almost invisible during the closing weeks of the campaign. Has she been working with those Duke University researchers developing what might become a real Harry Potter "invisibility cloak?"

Red-dressed Ms. Pelosi exhibits the airs of a graduate of Hogwarts and the tactics of a cloaking-device-armed Romulan Bird of Prey. Pelosi, e.g., used every available gimmick to stymie legislation in the current Congress, including threats to destroy any Democratic representative who cooperated with Republicans. She then hypocritically encouraged media allies to decry Republicans as a "Do Nothing" Congress.

Many Democratic congressional candidates refuse to say whether they would vote for Ms. Pelosi for Speaker. In a closely-divided, Democratic-majority House, who else might seize power? Pelosi's #2 is "moderate" Steny Hoyer (D.-Maryland), who days ago apologized for saying that African-American Maryland Senate candidate Michael Steele has "slavishly" supported the Republican Party.

The liberal mainstream media took care not to mention that America's slave owners and Ku Klux Klan leaders were all Democrats, or that Democrats today continue to be the party of racial divide-and-conquer politics just like Democrats 150 years ago.

The Great Emancipator was a Republican like Steele, Abraham Lincoln. (Lincoln, too, had shortcomings concealed by friendly media, as Thomas J. DiLorenzo documents in his new book Lincoln Unmasked: What You're Not Supposed to Know About Dishonest Abe.)

One of history's greatest cons has been bamboozling African-Americans into voting against the political party that freed their ancestors and in favor, by 90 percent margins, of the slaveowners' Democratic Party.

Another prospective Democratic Speaker of the House is Rep. Jack Murtha of Pennsylvania, who two years ago was about to be embroiled in a corruption scandal involving his lobbyist brother Robert "Kit" Murtha.

The cunning veteran Congressman, until then a pro-defense Democrat, unleashed a massive preemptive attack on President George W. Bush over U.S. involvement in Iraq.

This made Murtha bulletproof, because any accusations of corruption thereafter would appear to be a politically-motivated Bush retaliation. Murtha is a sticky-fingered old pol who attacked Bush only to gain a cloak of liberal media invisibility and protection for himself and his wealthy lobbyist brother.

These are the trick-or-treat Democratic choices to control your House of Representatives: a San Francisco radical leftist, a "moderate" Maryland race-baiter, or a Pennsylvania pol who sold out America's national defense to keep himself in power. And the liberal media has masked information about all three to help elect Democrats.

All would raise your taxes, appoint radicals to key committee chairmanships, and spend the next two years investigating and impeaching President Bush.

Pelosi has said she would refuse chairmanship of the Intelligence Committee to ranking moderate Rep. Jane Harman of California and put in control of our national security secrets instead hardline liberal Rep. Alcee Hastings of Florida, who was impeached and removed from a federal judgeship for perjury and pocketing a $150,000 bribe.

An unnamed Democratic staffer on the Intelligence Committee, where Pelosi once sat, was suspended days ago on suspicion of leaking a classified National Intelligence Estimate to the New York Times.

Admittedly, masks in our culture are worn by mass murderers and superheroes. The public in Great Britain is debating whether Muslim women can work veiled, or whether this is, in Prime Minister Tony Blair's words, an unacceptable "Mark of Separation" from society.

In many states, a person can be arrested for wearing a mask in public, such disguise being a tool of bank robbers and Ku Klux Klan members.

In our age of terrorism, government seems to believe that privacy itself is a luxury we can no longer afford. But we should not have disguised "stealth" candidates for public office.

Leftwing Texas talk radio host Jim Hightower has a excellent idea. The average NASCAR driver wears a jumpsuit covered with advertising decals of various sizes. At a glance you can see whose money sponsors him – Valvoline, Burger King or whatever – and how much of him each backer owns by each decal's size.

Why not, said Hightower, require our politicians to wear patches like NASCAR drivers? You could then see at a glance that politician John Doe pretends to be conservative but is funded, bought and paid for, by organized labor, eccentric radical billionaire George Soros, the ultra-leftwing group MoveOn.org or other special interests, right or left.

Examine the funding of this season's "moderate" Democratic candidates and you will find that all get liberal donations from outside their districts or states. He who pays their piper will call their tune.

A Hightower jumpsuit identifying their left-liberal puppet strings might look like a Halloween costume, but this Truth in Packaging would remove their masks and tell voters who these disguised, stealth liberal politicians would really serve. Happy Halloween.

Let's just start with fact 1.

Abortion, in the overwhelming majority of cases has not one thing to do with reproductive health...as the ninny Nadler asserts.

Abortion is overwhelmingly...more than 90% of cases...for the sake of convenience.

I find it decidedly bizarre that those involved in the kill the babies crusade are the very same people involved in the save the whales, save the baby seals crusade.

Schizophrenia IS a mental defect.
