From what I've been told,it's a tradition that Filipinos are obligated to live with family particularly mom and dad after marriage.Do other countries still follow this?.IP: Logged |

The northwest cheese tribe of south lithuania requires that the newly wed couple lives with the parents for as long as it takes to age a fine lithuian cheese called brusketnlatva. Even more bizarre, the couple cannnot mate until the cheese ripens, and when it does, a penis sized hole is cut in the cheese and the couple procreates through it. Bizarre huh?IP: Logged |

It's also the tradition of the Cambodians that after marriage the couple live with either the bride's parents or the groom's parents with most choosing the bride's parents. LOL good one, Rainbow. IP: Logged |

Mirandee, (bless her heart), says, quote: LOL good one, Rainbow.
Ah...thanks Mirandee.... (Appreciation, appreciated!) ...... I thought myself rather witty with that "fondue" remark, but then suffered an "ego setback" when it appeared to have gone over everyone's head.... IP: Logged |
