Obviously what the US military needs is recruits like you Blue.

Were it up to me Blue, you'd find yourself walking point on patrol in Iraq...in about 120 days....if you managed to survive Basic Training, which is doubtful.

Care to join me Jwhop?

I'll go if you go.

I'm sure they have an adequate supply of preparation H, adult diapers, fixident, and gold bond powder to keep you happy and ready to fight

I've already served 6 years in the California Army National Guard Blue.

I've been through Basic Training, Advanced Infantry Training...AIT and Basis Unit Training...BUT

I'd love to see you deal with any one of my platoon sergeants

Mind over matter Blue. They don't mind and you wouldn't matter.

That's cool

I have nothing wrong with people serving in the military. I've actually considered serving (as an officer of course), they take good care of their own.

I'm jealous, jwhop. I thought about it and really wish I had done it. I wonder if they go a bit easy on the ladies though. How disappointing that would be. I worked with a young girl last year, about 5'1" and 95 lbs, who told me basic training was "easy". I almost cried.

TINK, I think within the framework of physical structure women find some of the training more difficult, other part easier.

And of course, it also depends on which woman is being compared to the standard...and which man as well.

Lots of guys in my basic training unit found it very difficult to keep up on our daily walks...called marching and in fact, some could not. Nor could they do the daily physical training, jump over obstacles, climb ropes or barriers. I don't know if they made it through or not.
