Didn't follow the links but will quickly say this, but imho the only other country that matches Americas generosity is Israel. It is this alliance that some Arabs are jealous about. But of late things are changing. They are acknowleding Israelis.

But now I am really not sure about the generosity part of the Israelis after meeting some illegal students here
