Dear master,I weep for you,
Your days are at an end,
I weep,my master,because I know,
The blood from your clothes is flowing so...
The weeping wind is blowing low,
As the creases deepen on your brow,
The stream is red with your blood,
If only I could stop the flow,
I wash your garments streaming red,
I wash the attire of the dead...
Many battles have you fought,
Fame and glory have you sought,
But it will all come to nought,
In the killing fields of Scotland...
Tomorrow you will be amongst the dead,
I wish I could take your place instead,
But now it is too late...
I have no power before the whims of fate,
So tomorrow,my tears I will try to quell,
As your last breath you struggle to exhale.....
I know not what the other world has in store,
But I will still be wailing by your side,
When you are no more.....
ADIEU..

------------------
On a clear day you can see forever......
