My Dearest Angels,This is called (Song of the sELF), it's my
first poem for the year and of course now it's also for you!
............................................. I know that there is a time to find out
Why, when, where and what’s all this about.
Could I sing a silent song for only the angels to hear?
Will they play it back to me when they are near?
When I am uncertain, when I’m unsure
Will they speak through your voice so that I can know?
It’s your presence that I’m breathing
It’s your sight that I’m seeing
This loneliness makes our meeting sweet
And this being away from you is just a dream
Someday soon, I will wake up, see you in the mirror and smile.
The pain for so long would have just been for a little while.
Like sugar in my tea, you dissolve in me
Beyond fancy words and poetry
My longing is your reciprocation
But nobody can see
I’ll keep this pain, like you next to me.
When we meet each other, I will know, that there was always only one of us looking. IP: Logged |

Dynamic_Stillness,, a kindness should always be repaid by kindness; good adab, yes?  so I will leave with you some of Rumi`s kind words. One went to the door of the beloved and knocked.
A voice asked, "Who is there?"
He answered, "It is I."
The voice said, "There is no room for Me and Thee."
The door was shut.
After a year of solitude and deprivation he returned
and knocked.
A voice from within asked, "Who is there?"
The man responded, "It is Thee."
The door was opened for him.
