This is what my friend wrote for his lady and it really touched me... Thought of sharing it with you:I see that you don't see and i know that you know that your strenght is my weakness... How much i go weaker, that much you go stronger You... you caused the wars... Maybe it's fair to let it be... To let the things stay this way... We need the same effects but the offers go to you, while to me if someone rememberes... Because the life grows from deep inside of you and your face is forever sleepy and that's why i tell myself: "Wretch... bow... and say "woman""

I'm trying, but I don't fully understand this poem. It is striking to me, nonetheless. Perhaps I'm missing the obvious, but would anyone care to discuss this with me? Thanks for sharing, greycat. Maybe you could tell me your thoughts on this...IP: Logged |

hello It's just the way he sees women.. like they are more powerfull, maybe not all of them but his woman... and because he admires her in some way and treats her like a queen.. That was my first thought when i saw what he wrote... I'm not sure though.. you made me thinking now hehe.. I'll ask him as soon as i see him so i'll probably have more information... Take care ------------------ Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle... When the sun comes up, you'd better be running. IP: Logged |
