I don’t know love, but I feel the yearning
And togetherness is not in the cards
Miles will separate us. A physical wall
Obligations would keep us apart regardless

I knew what I was getting myself into
And you said if we danced that night

And just as it begins, it ends
To DC, chasing a dream
