Not Me

Oh I am not myself today
No, I am not myself.
I took a piece of almost there
And rubbed forget it in my hair.
I drank a glass of miss you dear,
And took out the trash alone and fear.

I lie alone in nothing much
And block out songs
that kiss and touch.
I try to smile, even though you tear
and eat a piece of light despair.

You want me as much as you don't.
You love me even though you won't.
Sun goes down and night is day
And i am not myself this way.
