Just discovered more poetry from this site; http://www.esotericastrologer.org/ (posted in 'Astrology')The following poem isn't mine (but wish I'd written it); http://www.esotericastrologer.org/Poetry%20&%20Pictures/PoetryPics4.htm Gypsy Now In the eternity Of a moment Sounds a song In the sacred chamber Of your ancient wanderer heart That trudges the starry shores Of endless oceans Beating in timeless rhythms Echoing ancient eulogies To the One in the Sun, Shine on Lion Heart. ..wow, wow, wow.. taken from that site - made my heart jump when I first read it. The rest of them are pretty amazing too.. something raw, earthy and ancient about some of them that resounds in me ------------------ "Number is the Word but is not utterance; it is wave and light, though no one sees it; it is rhythm and music, though no one hears it. Its variations are limitless and yet it is immutable. Each form of life is a particular reverberation of Number." Maurice Druon, From the Memoirs of Zeus IP: Logged |

Check this one out from the same site!Esoteric Astrology Poetry Intimacy
Breathe me in While I drink you down... Our essences that drive The pulses singing Through two bodies Moving, in union Communing Ebbing and flowing On a timeless tide Glowing With the day that remains in night. Intimate, we imitate Finished future spheres Built by the earthly and ethereal, Angelic and humanic. Close, how close, Can two people be? Closed, they'll never See the sea. Touch my breath Breathe my touch Hear my voice Speak your choice... Do I sense a fence? No offence! There are no subdivisions In the real estate of the heart: It is a Real Estate. Beauty gives, beauty calls Paints her Master Peace To hang In illumined halls Where tread Our fleeting footfalls Fading quickly behind As up the spiral staircase Within Varuna's conch we run Bent headlong into to the teeth Of His mighty breath That regales us with His song... And leads these wandering Nomads Back to their ancient roots To the domain of Monads And Om, and Om, and Om, They roamed, to other fiery worlds. sigh..! Seriously, can't believe how beautiful (and relevant) these poems are. Some of them feel like they're part of my soul memory - enchanting.
