And with the tide change
comes a whole new outlook
something I've never seen before.
A change in mood, attitude
it's all something new.
I don't know who I am...I wish I did
but thats ok cos in the end
I see a face smiling at me.
Which step do I take and can this be real?
I've given up on things
moved onto to others
made new friends and
hopefully my very own bed to lie in..
one that doesn't hurt so badly.
It's a vague memory now,
Six months come and gone
and no it's not getting any less
painful but it is getting easier
to bear.
I don't know who I am...I wish I did.
In a dream, I met the devil himself
made a promise to me, sealed it with
another's heart.
I want to find that person, save his heart
from me,
Or maybe I'll just take it instead.
It's a mystery how this came to be
you and me and everything inside.
We are what we are and let them see.
I'm taking my steps towards finding me.
