It was, you know
so simple
and now, on its own road
who knows where it will go?
I don't want to know

I will
paint
a picture with my clothes
I will create a vision with my skin
I will throw all caution to the wind
and try
to settle it
within
~the caution
and the building
~the caution
and the burning
~the caution
from the place
that gave birth to
my willingness
to hurt and heal
just to mend the seal
that was broken through eyes
meeting
and souls greeting
This caution
is not for warning
it is for love and winter warming
and sadness created only to be sated
by a meaning that was made and mated.
Fated.
apart and recreated
this flowery philosophy of mine
dreams foretold and I changed the mold
that had held me up
girdle-less I hold my breath
and build new muscles for my quest
