If I could find a way
I'd touch this storm
that boils just beneath
the surface.
I'd bring to light
everything I've been
waiting out.
A new year beckons
a new beginning.
And when you think back
I'll be on the top of
the bad things of the past list.
I'd make a dream come true
find a way to be something new
I will never face yesterday
the way I live for today.
Something's on it's way
I feel it so clearly.
None of this makes sense
Its my calm before the unknown.
