The faithful find fate fortunate
forgetting or forgoing former provocations
and proclamations
to ascend the hills of mount olympus
just to glimpse the better real
look fully at an honest deal
The doubting double up on dread,
listen to musings in their head
and question things until they're dead
but faith and doubt can meet
both find solace in defeat
middle man providing rest
a fluffy pillow ends their quest.
I lost my grace and saved my face
by admitting my mistakes
both small and big
a simple sprig
of sage and fool
and yellow belly
standing tall
red rimmed eyes the
only evidence of my
providence
that small mark
tattooed on my back
it is not my lack
it is my full
and lively
spark
and I have to give
to find the gift
to make this lift
more than a cliff face to tumble down
Jill lost her crown
and crafts a new one
no John or Jack
or crafty smack to my acceptance
cracks that cleave my entrance
stack to leave my pennance
I'm repentent
and repetitive
redundant as a sedative
words can open up this sieve
holes in whole prerogative
Alive is a force
to be reckoned
awakened
and fed
we all must live on more than politics and role
fitting in and filling in the wariness we stole
from others who believe that belief is nothing more
than faith in something bigger than we see
and use those words as fallacy
a flag to wave hypocracy
like blindness in the eyes
the only eyes that matter
and the ones we craft ourselves
our bones are nothing more than fragments holding up our shells
and our shells are full blown light and everything there ever was or is or could
how can you forgo that perfect chance to make it good?

remind's me of the jew's who go to the wailing wall every year,
maybe i am wrong about revenge,i'm not wrong about jerusalem though,peace maybe.
