Please, Stop

There is no hearing

for the Noise

Voids need

not be filled

All and Nothing

escape Thee

See with Your Soul

Hear with Your Heart

Give leave to Your

mouth,

Your hands,

And Listen.

Time

births Understanding

that Moments

conjoin to Tell.

Feasts for Our Eyes

and Nothing more

Songs of the Heart

Illuminations of Cherish

Please...

not just yet.

I want to remain
in this Garden
for a while longer...

thank you, fayte

I love that painting...so serene.

I wrote this a couple of years ago when my friend died.

I'm aware it might appear to have a sanctamonoius expression to it,
but that wasn't really my feelings at the time I wrote it.
Just, after his death, there seemed so much noise...everyone clamouring to talk, talk, talk~ share their first ghostly sightings or experiences, how his passing affected them, etc.
I was so devistated, I retreated deep within myself and couldn't bring myself to speak.
My heart struck down, so paused in time,
remembering, cherishing,
wanting to pause in a moment of poignant silence for what his presence had meant to me. Communing quietly with his Soul.

I remembered this poem when Ginny passed and felt similiar for some time.

Everyone has their own different way to deal with trauma, with heartache.
I understand.

Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year....
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep. ~Robert Frost

They gave me most
who took most gladly of my love.
