"Hey! Wait! I've got a new complaint - Forever in debt to your priceless advice..."Great sentiments, HSC! I grew up with a lot of Nirvana, though I don't listen to much of them anymore. One can forget, too easily, the emphases of current histories. IP: Logged |

Lia, ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- NosiS,
Sometimes, you have to not listen for a while, before you can hear it again, for the first time. --------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------
Zanya,
Suddenly? You mean you didnt see it coming? His life's work is one long suicide note. But I think I know what you mean. Its a case of not knowing what we have until its gone. Even if we could see him going, and appreciate all the more, his time with us while he lived, it is only at the moment we learn of his death, that we see him for the first time, and, in that instant, he lives, and dies; suddenly. i just listened to his music. it was cathartic for me. honestly, i didn't know much about him at the time.one day i was blasting his music in my car on the way to work. the next day he was gone. then it was like this chasm. and then i learned more about who he was. IP: Logged |

I like how you described him in your own words and it was beautiful...very few people these days are able to truly feel the way he was capable of, an out pour of lovely emotions that would be hard to replicate, he was one of a kind ------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer "I seem to have the blind self-acceptance of the eccentric who can't conceive that his eccentricities are not clearly understood" IP: Logged |
