.....The dark-cloaked, hooded one came to you and begged one, just one album/cd to end your days...one musical bliss to listen to for eternity....

What would it be???

For me...

Tool..."Lateralus"

..question: would it be playing over and over again, non-stop for all eternity?

if so, i would have to pass on the offer.

i need silence just as much as music.

o, no, at your discretion...

I have pondered, between, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, Pantera, Rush...

Folks have asked me "what is your favirot band of all time..." I can not answer, I love so many...

However if I HAD to choose..

Tool...

yea...Tool..

And..yes, I would prefer silence, as well...

from my collection i would have to choose:

Crystal Bowl Healing from Steven Halpern features Crystal Tones™ classic frosted, clear, Egyptian Blue, Aqua, 24-K Gold and "tuning fork" bowls, orchestrated into a meditative tapestry. Your journey begins with an invocation recorded inside the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid in Egypt, and continues through a sequence of individual and multiple crystal bowls. Additional compositions combine the sounds of the bowls with ethereal space music.

)someday i will get my own Bowl )

You're going to have to explain the love of Tool to me someday... hehe bleck :P

Hmmmmmmmm..... hmm.... hmmmmmm.....

Yeah, I'm too eclectic for just one. My whole life is one big "mixed tape"... maybe I should update that to "playlist on random".

What I would pick if I have to choose just one depends on my location...

liiiiiiike, if I was on some peaceful deserted island, I would choose some Metallica level talent/power with more of bouncy/dancy beat. No need for disgruntled politics on a deserted island... but I would need music in great contrast to the "music" around me.

If I was forced to only hear the music of one album for the rest of my life and that was the only music I was allowed to hear EVER. I would go ahead and commit suicide and restart in another time. hehe Or maybe I could survive on singing the music in my mind and heart... hmmmmmm....

If I was in some sort of cell or something, it would be John Denver so I could "feel" the outdoors.

This is almost impossible to answer. : )
