Gotta say, I know the general complaint about VGs usually is the sexist projection of female characters that kinda offends the general female population Lol! (Which I personally don't see how considering the females in VGs are independent minded fiery characters.)The common complaint about the female characters in VGs is the precieved notion that they are made to please the Male Gamer and thus you don't see any wrinkles, etc. but rather a bimbo-ish character. Well, Crystal Dynamics (the new owners of the Lara Croft franchise) decided to actually age Lara Croft in real time. The new game is gonna have a more older Lara Croft. She still looks amazing IMO Lol! http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/underworld/laracroft_model_renders_01.html IP: Logged |

ROFL! How old is she supposed to be in this one? 18? It is a step in the right direction of course ------------------ The truth is ... everything counts. Everything. (secretly enjoys playing Lara Croft games, and wonders how she can possibly jump so well with her umm proportions as they are portrayed on the game...)------------------ The truth is ... everything counts. Lol! Well compare her to the Lara Croft from Tomb Raider Legend and well one can really see the difference then : That site also has quite a lot of hilarious commercials realting to Lara Croft when the franchise was in the hands of Edios. For those who are interested: http://www.tombraiderchronicles.com/theatre/tr_commercials.html# G4 Announcer: "Are men only interested in you because of your body?" Lara: "No... I am rich too darling." LOL!!! IP: Logged |
