Is a broken dream worth holding on to cause on most days i feel like a truth that your afraid to believe in. So i cover myself in a lie trying to be what you think you want and i wonder if my silence is whats killing us because im chocking on your past shes lying between us pressed firmly against your ego and my self confidence.Its like we share the same space but we live in two different time zones your granes of sand spill from one end of the hourglass before i can capture them.

Love has taken away my practices and filled me with poetry.

Thanks for the beautiful words HSC! My thoughts have been in a very dark place and so my poetry follows. My past is resting just beneath the cage that forgot how to protect my heart.
