Hidden from ordinary sight,
in the dark of our secret night,
we can so clearly see
the glorious night tree.

A magnificent alcove, tall
with glowing leaves that never fall.
The branches like warm open arms
that protect us from all our harms.

Here lies all beauty, truth, and wonder
in pure bliss of lightning and thunder.
Here is our brief needed escape
from our earthly day's tangled tape.

Here we are lifted up in delight
to learn, play, and soar in freedom flight.
Won't you come join me at the night tree
where as little children we shall be?
