Wow I think it's sooo cool!
I love how it's simply two sentences or statements and yet has such profound meaning and reaction!

The mighty macho strong rock is turned to dust by the delicate flowing subtle water... Both are enduring elements but one moves the other in her movement. Remaining stuck and stubborn like a rock is his weakness AND his strength... so in essence who really turned him into dust?

or she could crack him open to reveal the hidden "gold" inside, (like when panning for gold the water helps to reveal the brilliance)
or... like the polished diamond (diamond making is quite a lengthy and hidden process)

It provokes another question ... what happens to the dust? There is a continual process and never ending cycle of transformation with the elements. So the dust has lots of options...for instance, choice of interplay with the other elements... so how does it choose to BE now?

Wow... the truth of it is elemental!
I personally think that it's in movement that we stay alive, fresh, vital. In becoming stuck we eventually fade away. But a rock that is solid and stays with weather remains true but yet also changed as it turns to dust in the end.
