tell me what you think???

chapter 1
I was running down street. I knew what was going to happen next. I had this dream several times since my childhood. The black van pulled up next to me. Three men jumped out and grabbed me, threw me in the back of the van, and I was out. I jerked awake sweating and breathing uncontrollably. "Well i might as well get up."
It was four in the morning and the bakery across the street was getting ready to open for the day. The sensual smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls floating through the open window of my loft made my mouth water. I poured myself a cup of coffee before stepping out on the balcony.
There was something strange about the scenery. I have been staring at this area for the last two years and something was different. i looked across the street at the bakery but everything seemed to be fine. Then i noticed him. A tall, broad man was standing in the alley next to the bakery. The only reason i noticed him was because of the cigarette that was in his mouth. Each time he took a drag I could see his eyes staring at me.
I turned around and walked inside. My cat midnight was standing at the door when i heard the stairs creaking down the hall. Every sense in my body was screaming at me to run, but i couldn't. I had been running for so long that i was tired. Tired of never having a home, or a family, or even just a mate. I stopped running the day I moved here. Of course, if that were true then where was the boyfriend or the family i always wanted?
I heard a knock on the door. I didn't move, my heart skipped a beat, and I was frozen in terror. Then i heard the knock again just a little bit louder. I snapped out of it, and realized that if this was a hunter he wouldn't have bothered knocking. I slowly walked over to the door and looked out the peep hole. What i saw shook my world so hard i trembled with relief. The boy that helped me escape my death trap sixteen years ago.
