A hundred thousand times, your words are always mixed with lies,
And you try to hide away, inside yourself but I see, through,

You as you tell me, that things are fine honestly,
Your lips begin to tremble, and thats the key, I need,

Just like a diary, your every thought is written for me, to see,
How could you know how could you tell, this was to be the day you fell, for me,

I sense the panic see the fear, as you see me getting near-er,
You try to smile act all cool, but I catch you shed that single, tear,

I slide your hand into mine, give it a squeeze to let you know its all fine,
As I hold you in my arms, I feel your tears begin to fade, away,

As I let you go, I hope that you know,
Just how much it means, for me to be here with you, now,

Just like diary, your every thought is written for me, to see,
How could you know how could you tell, this was to be the day you fell, for me,

I look at you as my heart starts to pound, as not sound,
Escapes our lips, but I know that it fits, perfectly,

You slide your hand into mine, give it a squeeze to let me know its all fine,
As you hold me in your arms, I can't help but feel whole, now,

You wouldn't let me go, and I hope that you know,
As I look into your eyes, that you were worth all the time,
