Have you ever found yourself
feeling awkward in a room,

a powerful intent behind the words,
And you strongly agree with half your heart,
but your other heart half feels absurd...

You do love thoughtful lyrics,
those that show precise passion of mind,
Still you live for rhythmic danceable beats,
where your hips and heart pulse entwined

These beats come from a place beyond,
A deeply raw energy source,
They give you time to channel it,
Lose yourself in its spiritual force

In the other's mind, you may seem less refined,
loving music whose words take second seat,
but I will never apologize
for harnessing pure passion of my mind and feet
