I gave it a turn to the side, and THERE IT WAS!! I used to watch little fish in a small fishtank. Their little bodies were transluscent! Swordtails, NeonTetras, AngelFish! Ha-ha! Great job bringing in the 'PISCES theme' with a "realism" there... It like brings the ethereal OUT of the dream world and into this actual life!! Unique... Ha, I'm impressed! And her whole face is sooo soft and sweet!! Beautiful mouth and cheeks. The eyes are so CLEAR and real! And look how you have the glasses on her face like that! Looks like I could really pick them up with my fingers and lift them off the page... yeah! REALLY NICE! Another thing about "the dress".... Wasn't there one of the popular singer-divas who had worn a dress very much like this last year?
I think the headdress/tiara is interesting... What were you thinking? Is it sorta egyptian or something? Surely, here is a Piscean MoonGoddess! A WISE one!! "Clear" vision!! HEY FAITH.... How 'close' was she on your looks? I love my little artist!
Very generous comment... you say you printed my artwork?? I am curious, where did you find it? Or do you mean you printed it from here? I think the dress was inspired by a popular diva... though I'm afraid I couldn't tell you who it was. maybe J.lo, it seemes like that would be a kind of dress she might wear. Anyway, your compliment was very sweet. IP: Logged |

I didn't mean that the fingers or hands were odd, I think they are beautiful. I meant that my focus on them out of the whole picture might perhaps be a little odd. Also, was this a picture representation for Venus? I figured it was, but after reading Mirage's response I am a little less certain... -Chris
OhhhhhHhhh I get you know. It was a representation for Venus, yes. Thank you. IP: Logged |

Faith... You're important to me! Sorry if it was me? YOU add sooooo much here! Sorry if my aggravations with my environment has bled through... It's interesting watching how 'words' standing alone (away from present energies) can take on a whole set of other meanings. I know you have to deal with your kids... happy-happy. I just really really hope you are okay, and that you + me are too? Didn't realize until I saw in other threads how 'offended' you are by religion... I haven't seen the posts about 'what happened' but I'm sooo sorry for your bad experiences, too. (oh yeah, I've had my own fill of bad clergy/preachers/churches as well... {{hugs}} to you. ) If you notice, when I post clips and music I am very careful to make sure that it would be easily 'crossed-over' (o giod, my punnnnn) to any beliefs.... including the "arts"-- I can take a song about sex, and turn it into sex with God, or ART! (yah... I SAID that!! Love you Faith! and everyone else... I'm sooo glad you posted that. With deepest honor and respect meant for all... Hi Faith... No I don't feel 'judged' -- never thought of it in that way..... until now I judge my own self so much... Own sensitivity can creep in because words out of contexts can magnify tones that don't actually belong there. Takes effort trying fight being skittish. (I thank you for contructive criticisms and feedback). I don't think of myself as in a fixed Religion context... But spirit-life has been constantly first-most issue throughout my entire life. (Must be that Jupiter-ruled chart). Relationship to God, and to others. First priority is to 'know Him, to love Him, and to serve Him in this world'; it's been my prayer since I was in first grade elementary school. That last part about 'serving' is where 'others' come in. Now, that might sound 'churchy' to you? but it's following an Ideal to me. Gotta have one to help me steer through murky waters. I've become aware of a little wall I hold between myself and the world. It's fear. Fear of getting hurt, which is actually wisdom, but gotta find a better way to cope with that. Some people call that ego (like in a bad way), and being a snob. Yuk. Don't like the connotations, but perhaps I need to look at it from another perspective. Clean off the vocabulary words. Nope--! The wall got there by a process called 'learning'... Learned that I couldn't trust "Lucy" to hold that football for me without her snatching it away at the final seconds each time. Then she mocks and I get called a 'blockhead' for believing her, AGAIN. But then, I'm not Charlie Brown. You're not Lucy. I'm a team-player who's had lots of betrayal trauma. That's for real. Am opening up to healing. Somehow just haven't gotten the 'trust' thing down right just yet... but I'm going for it, once again. I have Sag NN in the 1st House. It's time for me to simply "Be" and to live, without needing to ask permission, or continually excusing myself for "taking up space." Nope, None, naught... IP: Logged |

This is what I have so far, T. It's very random... a native woman with a bow. But when I see your name and read your posts I think of a tough woman, not in a harsh way but someone who is self-sufficient. And also graceful. The intersection of the bow and arrow creates a "t". I promise it's not a nod to Sagittarius (lol) though for some reason I get that feeling... IP: Logged |
