For those of you who know me on here, you know I write very sad poetry. On this particulare day, when I happened to write this one, I was feeling very depressed indeed. I couldn't think of a name, so I just titled it "untitled #1"
Well, enjoy.Untitled #1
What in God’s name am I trying to prove?
With these poems so sad and abstruse,
Maybe I just want them to see,
That there is nothing left of me,
For once there was a happy radiant girl,
But on her, took it’s toll the world,
Can’t they see I’m bitter?
Can’t they see I don’t want to be her?
The woman they want me to be,
The sunshine lady, so happy,
I’m not her, I’ll never be that,
Stay awhile, why don’t you chat?
We’ll talk of Dante and Poe,
But oh, the suffering you’ll never know,
For I am like them, so heavy of heart,
But so trapped in the mind, so smart,
And their kind is my kind,
Daunting, rejected and to happiness blind,
And for it the world will not want me,
For destiny is many times agony,
